  1. I bought one of these last year & I'm not a fan, yes there well equipped & look nice but I hate the drive. I feel that your to near to the front axle & the ride is very uncomfortable, every input is on or off, brakes, steering, suspension you & your passenger get shaken up like a rag doll even when making a conscious effort to drive smoothly.
  2. Let me know if you want some help deciding Darren I'm taking some spray offs I've done to the Ace meet this weekend to get peoples opinions
  3. Wow I'm so glad I got mine from the desert!! Theres some serious work to do on the door. I'm also at the stage of deciding on colour, I've got it down to three but can't make up my mind. Enjoy your holiday & hopefully there will be a good update when you get back
  4. Your only selling all this in order to pay my Labour over the last 6months
  5. I already have everything for the Datsun & I'm not modding the other one
  6. I agree, that way you will have a loan car aswell when the work is being carried out. I'm not one for taking the pee with claims etc but I have first hand experienced the rise in premiums for non-fault claims, so ask for compensation for the inconvenience £300 say & that will cover the higher insurance premium for the next year or 2.
  7. I'm still on, all paid Looooooooooots of time to get another datsun, well, I hope Hmm what have I told you SOB look upto me,take my advice & respect me. Don't try & copy me
  8. Not entirely, oil filler cap & suspension stuff will fit a 350, also oil cooler, plugs & Wheels Me not having a 350 or 370 has saved me even more £££

  10. If your going to wait a couple of weeks then I'd get some new o-rings for the ease or re-installing them.
  11. If your removing the in tank units ensure the tank is less than half full & that you do not spill fuel on the o-rings.
  12. I what have you picked lol? I took the fuel, beer & pizza  & got a complimentary shower of oil
  13. Seems like only yesterday I was there installing all these parts, sorry I mean uninstalling , glad I got first dibs on the bits I wanted
  14. Perhaps he is stripping back to stock ready to buy a German whip like me
  15. I'll let you do the hard work now that you have some overalls & I'll come pick it up on Saturday
  16. I can guess. Your removing the VQ37HR-TT & giving it to your buddy Darren to install in his 240z?
  17. A big green dyno hopefully, followed by an UPREV Tuners license
  18. I recently traded my Leon in as a PX on another car, got far better £££ for it than the 'webuyanycar' companies, fortunately I had the cash at hand to not have to PX so used that to my advantage & picked holes in the car that I was buying & still managed to sell the dealer my car for top $. I'd say unless there is something seriously wrong with your car don't sell it to these 'webuyanyshed' companies
  19. Good man, I like your style No point in going in half hearted
  20. But it is all worth it, I'm restoring a 240z at the moment & in the beginning there was a budget   that lasted a week now money is all but a number
  21. Only a little update this week as I've been a little distracted managed to block down the panels I done the first high build primer on last week Hopefully I'll get chance to get another coat of primer on this week, but off to Geneva motorshow so may have to wait until the weekend
