There are several people on the forum recently who have wrecked their cars in the wet. Rear wheel drive cars are not meant to be pushed in the wet, regardless of esp being on or off... Scary times though, spinning on the road.

Kind of, but only very very slightly... they're the perfect colour in my opinion. Its impossible to take a picture of them though! Side lights were from Delsea motorsport in the states, but i dont think they're trading anymore... but you may find some on eBay usa. So just to clarify, you kept the stock HID kit but just changed the bulbs? How easy was it changing it over? Yes mate, stock everything, just different bulbs. I actually paid £27 delivered for the PAIR of bulbs... and they've been fine. You can pay 4 times that much for some named bulbs. To change them though you have to take your front bumper off... It takes about an hour, but i've had mine off loads... may take a while the first time. There are a few guides on here how to do it.

Supposed to use double sided tape, but that was never going to work, so i put clear silicone sealant on them.

I went 8000k and i think they look perfect.

WRONG! IMHO, obviously. I think the zed is the only car that looks good with eyelids. They fill in the lines of the bonnet perfectly.

Where's Beavis and Mike on this thread...??? They're uncanny Boxing is the absolute best way to lose weight... i once lost 3.5 stone in 3 moths boxing... (since put it all back on, plus another 3 stone ) I used to do a 3 min round on the bag with weighted gloves, then 1 minute press ups, then straight back onto the bag with light gloves, then 1 minute situps etc etc... No rest, just nail it. When i started i could only do 1 round on the bag, but the end i was doing 12 solid rounds and then going for a 2 mile run straight after... i loved it! ...cant do anything now cos of my spinal injury

...cos i've had 600 quids worth of swanky new brakes, plus tax, insurance and MOT this month!! I had a K1 for a couple of months but hated it, i like the stock sound wit the JWT.

Hey sunset... I leave this cheers mate. Kinda fixed my exhaust for now with putty, and i dont think the quad tips will fit the standard bumper. Cheers anyway mate.

Okay, so i got it on a ramp tonight and as i feared, the common fault has occurred - on the back box side of the joint the weld has cracked. So my guy at the garage has whacked a load of exhaust putty on it, which has stopped the blowing, and he says it should get it through my MOT. Does anyone know how long this will last? He gave me a tub to keep re-applying if needs be. Will it be alright getting through the MOT using this?

Hey guys, I've had my dad staying with me this last week, and every time we've left my street i've bottomed out on the spead humps due to the extra weight in the car! Anyway, i noticed yesterday when i started it up, the exhaust is making a really odd noise. It sounds almost subdued but echo-ey as well... its hard to explain. Definitely different though. So i jacked it up tonight, blocked one pipe with a towel, and held a piece of wood to the other exit briefly to see if i can see it blowing from anywhere, but i cant. Even had the missus revving it while i was underneath, but again, i cant see it blowing. The sound is coming specifically from the back box though, if that helps? My next question is - is a blowing exhaust an MOT failure - as thats due next week

..and me now, its the 5th...! ...but someone feel free to start their own topic.
