  1. got it - pm me if you want me to send the shifter first or do it together with the batch of shift knobs thanks
  2. we can offer the genuine Weber Sports kit for anyone interested. The front bumper comes in a couple flavors, one with an FRP duct/center grille, the other with the carbon duct
  3. $100US shipped to the UK, takes us a few days to get generally
  4. we have the NISMO short shift kit in stock as well - search the trader listing, we have the details posted there on what it offers. PM us for pricing
  5. as posted, the GB is for the knob only I assure you no one will have it quicker than we do, and no one will have a lower price
  6. can the same not be said for the nismo v1/2/3 bumpers? officially on nismo z's and if yours isnt then it shouldnt be wearing it? I quite like the blue gtr stylee bumper but the nismo 350z bumpers are the furthest i'd stray from the original lines as i think they're the most sympathetic to its style... i would say that though i have a v2 front bumper waiting to be fitted! lol not really there was no 'nismo' z that ever came with a v1 nor v2 bumper - those were always sold separately by NISMO separately only the v3 was actually sold as a stock part on a production Z
  7. doesn't look like enough interest to do the GB here unfortunately - happy to do it if there are enough people. We can easily just arrange you'rs though
  8. of course we can get them, in fact I have the pressure plate and flywheel in stock, just have to order in the disk which is a few days no worries will send you a message in a bit
  9. actual weight - genuine = 29.9 lbs NISMO = 21.6 lbs inertial weight - genuine - 3.94 lbs NISMO - 2.86 lbs the lighter the flywheel, the quicker the engine revs, both up and down. However, it also means you need more revs when accelerating from a dead stop. The lighter units, by their nature, are noisier than heavier units, as mass acts as a damper of the noises.
  10. it sounds nearly the same as the clips installed on the G37 on youtube - nice setup though for sure, very good weld quality
  11. I've used it many times...nice setup for sure (Coppermix). I've never used the other version The NISMO flywheel weighs about 10 lbs less than OEM, so it's a noticeable difference. It is the quietest one out there by virtue of the weight (still will make some noise vs stock) and since its a 1 piece unit, it can be resurfaced easily, without having to worry about changing the friction disk
  12. http://cornerbalance.wordpress.com/2009 ... -380-rs-c/ http://cornerbalance.wordpress.com/2008 ... o-380rs-c/
  13. 1. weight 2. ease of routing 3. flow is not an issue - a single 3 inch is bigger than the engine can pump out cfm wise
  14. or urethane if its a 2003-2005 car
  15. lolol - talk about old news you guys should come check our blog out more often...we always have tons and tons of updated Z content cornerbalance.wordpress.com
  16. yep the INGS is Z specific...really nice piece, we have one for one of our Z's here http://cornerbalance.wordpress.com/2009 ... body-shop/ we have the low rise version - not all that low really, but looks awesome on the car soon we'll finally have painted pics of the car...been many many many months in the making
  17. the wheels are bone stock, car belongs to someone I know. It is an inconvenience for sure, but that's why we have insurance, so that things like this don't end up coming out of pocket
  18. Not for 500 miles on a motorway. Even Lomoto thought hi flo's and Nismo were too much. all relative though, as sound is a very, very subjective thing
  19. offset actually has nothing to do with it width, spoke design, and pad height are what determines if a wheel will/won't clear something. to the OP - there is a range of offsets that will work, but it's still down to a particular wheel design as I mentioned above. Best thing to do is set a budget and then work with someone familiar with the car to find a set that meets your needs/wants. We set Stew up with the 20's on his car. Perfect clearance for the Brembo and the car has a very nice stance to it.
  20. make sure you only get the authentic ones the replicas look horrendous in person especially when lit up - the led's are small, looks blatantly replica, and they are more pink than red I've got the 06 ones on my own car...they are terrific!
  21. Yes interesting read. I assume you have confirmed this behavoir Adam, and thats why you use it? Also is there any way you can turn off VDC? I assume thats what the UK cars have as standard. Could this cause discs to be warped on tight and twisty tracks? I seem to have managed to kill my discs at 2 airfield days, where they run short and twisty tracks, with some longer straights. Other (non Zed) cars dont seem to have a problem with this. I was thinking about a BBK to solve it We're now using it in all our cars here. It is more money than the Motul, but it's way less than the Castrol SRF, so it's been good for us. Plus, if so many high profile teams trust it, and they have unlimited budgets, it's an easy decision for us I've never really looked into fully disabling VDC. Only one of our Z's here has it, and it's not a track car, so it has not been an issue. The best thing may be something like the Whiteline controller. I've seen some articles in Option, etc about hardwiring a switch in, but I've never really studied it
