how long does it take for a pm to send? do they normally stay in the outbox for a while?

hi everyone, just had a nismo replica spoiler fitted to my zed but now the tailgate struts seem too weak to hold the tailgate open so im guessing i need stronger struts? does anyone no where i could get some from? thanks

was after a nismo n1 spoiler, preferably in azure blue, but not too bothered as longh as its in good condition
