  4. sorry if I misunderstood - here to me means here, as in this messageboard
  5. wow...if that's the attitude you're going to take, perhaps you should get them elsewhere? 1. yesterday and today is a holiday for me (Passover) 2. the boxes are an odd size and I need help from UPS to figure out accurate shipping costs 3. we're 5 hours behind you 4. this is one of 10 websites I participate on, plus local customers, plus phones (everyone who calls always "has" to talk to me. I'm not an hourly employee, I own Z1, so I have to wear many hats during the day 5. patience is a virtue If you can't wait, then I understand, and wish you the best of luck
  6. Thanks, greatly appreciated! Hope you enjoyed your vacation!!!
  7. sorry, it's way too big to send to an APO, has to go to a physical address. Also, we can't split up a pair sorry, would have to be done at least as front pair
  8. do you need a full kit or just fenders front/rear? I can ship those this week to you. Side skirts are front bumper are currently backordered
  9. lots of good harnesses out there Takata's are popular...expensive though Sparco do some nice sets too, and not as costly as Takata Racetech also offer some great deals, come in variety of colors, and top notch stuff we offer all of them When you're all ready, let us know and we'll work out some details
  10. $575 delivered for a singlur unit multiple units can be sent together to cut down on costs
  11. will check around and message you back
  12. we have the harness bars - made by Sparco, comes in gunmetal or silver. It bolts right to the stock seatbelt anchor points at the b pillar It's worked out very well for our customers so far, and is easy to install and remove, for those who only wish to run it on track days
  13. bolts to test pipes APS also offeres their own test pipes as well
  14. you actually do not want to use the short Takata harnesses in the Z, unless you sit ALL the way back on the seat tracks. If you try them and you are of average height, there will not be enough length adjustment to have the harnesses sit as they should on your shoulders and lap. We always use and suggest the long ones. Not to mention, far easier to resell the long ones down the road The harness bar is your best and safest method of mounting, short of a full cage
  15. our condolensces Mark, just saw this
  16. Tim - shoot me a pm with the details so I can start coordinating things on this end.
  17. That's a really good idea. I'd forgotten about ATE Super Blue. It was very popular on an Audi forum I used to use when I had an Audi. Really? I thought Audi's used that funky brake fluid (or maybe just the ones I owned did lolol)
  18. good stuff guys Thanks again Tim for taking the ball and running with it...much appreciated
  19. no need to reset the ecu when fitting plugs
  20. The Motul RBF600 works quite well. I recommend to our customers to alternate between it and ATE Super Blue, as they have nearly identical specs wet and dry, and the color change makes it very easy to bleed. For 90% of people out there, either of these work well. The ATE is a terrific value, where at least here in the US you get 2 x the amount for about 1/2 the cost of Motul. The Castrol that many run with success is the SRF. I've used it, works fantastically well for an all out track assault. Overkill for just a street car, or even a track day car on anything but full r copounds and an aggressive driver, and it's very expensive. The Endless Fluid (called "RF-650" I believe even outspecs the Castrol, and is used by many motorsport teams worldwide, and was used by Honda in their F1 program, as well as by Porsche in the GT3 Cup cars (comes standard from Porsche that way).
  21. check the output of the alternator I had a random misfire issue on my own car back in the fall that only happened at idle. To the point where the car literally would backfire slightly and feel as if it were running on 5 cylinders. Turned out my alternator bracket had loosened significantly, probably due to the high revs I run, and as a result the belt was not as tight as it should have been, causing a weak charge at idle. In the upper revs it was fine, and the belt never made any noises. Finally found it, and retorqued to spec using some thread lock, and never had an issue again
  22. Doug contacted me on MSN and thats what I said! It'll look like a MK1 golf with sticking out wheels and stretched tyres! I remember those from my MaxPower reading days...back when it was 2 x the size of your standard mags lolol As far as what fills the arches, and what doesn't, everyone admittedly has a different idea of that is. It's important to talk about the specific tire, not just tire size (since that # is largely insignificant).
