  11. i wouldn't have thought so mate as you aren't actually claiming if you sort it yourself It won't be registered unless you take their money. Unfortunately wrong. When I was burgled and they stole my car I waited before a couple of weeks before telling them to proceed with the claim. The car was found (minus wheels) and nothing went any further. And it is very much registered as proven by me having to argue it everytime I speak to them.... i would think "stolen recovered " is slightly different to this ?? maybe ? different underwriters different rules

  13. import, looking welcome to the fold take it easy with your right foot if the weathers not good as martins says
  14. iirc there is no adjustment on the rear ? True, but the 'straight ahead' position is quite easily knocked out through kerbing and the like that will result in uneven and premature tyre wear. In some cases it can be rectified quite easily by packing the wishbone mountings with washers to get the correct alignment back, but in extreme cases when the wishbone gets bent, the only option is replacement. you can buy aftermarket replacements with adjusters and as you say if its not too much then it can be shimmed
  15. Down to one car now And yes, there is always a plan in place It may involve a car with 3 letters in its name And no, its not a KIA fiat "uno"

  21. its widely used by nissan mate, "your oojar's knackered - £300 plus fitting which will obviously require a thingy majig - £175 plus fitting - we'll need it for a month "
  22. a lot of people have moved the oojar under the mirror towards the passenger side which does improve matters, it may not be the microphone but more the reception Moved the what???? aerial i thought oojar might be a bit too hi tech a lot people i've read about move it as far as the wire allows along the windscreen towards the passenger side and they report it improves the reception
