  1. Very nice choice. I'm really into the idea of a Porsche next (Cayman S or C4S) but I do struggle with the prices that they fetch. It's not the actual amount, just how much more they are than a Zed. And although they're great cars, they aren't that much better imo.
  2. Thanks for the quick replies guys. Ian you are spot on with your identification Right got to get some nuts for them now.
  3. I know it's a Volks but does anybody know which one please? I also need to know where I can get some wheel nuts for these too.
  4. Lets have a sound clip then Tere
  5. Nice one Tere More torque than Nixy
  6. Hi and You're not any connection to Simon Norris of Norris Designs are you?
  7. Nice one Dave. He does look a tad pi$$ed off though.
  8. Yeah agree with Stew. It's drawing twice as in terms of amps and is being supplied with 25% greater voltage. I wouldn't use it!
  9. As has been said, they should go back in on their own. Try gently pulling them out with your fingers and see if they go back ok when you let them go. If they don't, have a look to see if the stem is clearing the cut-out in the bumper sufficiently - it may just need enlarging very slightly.
  10. You lucky ******. Have a good one mate and take plenty of photos for us to drool over when you get back.
  11. I know you want to scream Nixy but we've all done things like this. As Rob and Gixer have said, it looks like a straight forward repair so shouldn't be a problem or too expensive.
  12. to the forum. You've owned some impressive motors. The Zed doesn't tend to excite in a raw power sort of way like say the M3, but can still cover ground very quickly.
  13. quite common actually - the sensors seem to have a shelf life of 40-80k miles on many cars thankfully they are not expensive. As preventative maintenance you might also want to replace the crank sensor too. All are quite easy to get to, and can be done yourself - I can walk you through it if you need Sorry Adam I should have been clearer. I was referring to the stretching of the timing chain.
  14. There's some beauties there. I'd have the Mako Shark Corvette for the road and one of the Indy IRL cars for the track.
  15. Where you off to Rob? I was supposed to finish today but I have the last couple of days off with man-flu
  16. Holdcroft do them and offer a forum discount. Contact one of the mods for the password.
  17. I've never heard of this happening with the Zed.
