  1. I don't know if I'd be prepared to chance that knowing what Nissan are like when it comes to making warranty claims. I've stuck to using main dealers whilst my car is still under warranty, but I shall be off to aspecialist as soon as it expires.
  2. Are you tired of those pi$$ weak 'friendship' poems that always sound good, but never actually come close to reality? Well, here is a series of promises that actually speak of true friendship. You will see no cute little smiley faces on this card -- Just the stone cold truth of a great friendship. 1. When you are sad -- I will help you get pickled and plot revenge against the ba$***d who made you sad. 2. When you are blue -- I will try to dislodge whatever is choking you. 3. When you smile -- I will know you are thinking of something that I would probably want to be involved in. 4. When you are scared -- I will rag you about it every chance I get until you're NOT. 5.... When you are worried -- I will tell you stories about how much worse it could be until you stop whining. 6... When you are confused -- I will try to use only little words. 7... When you are sick -- Stay the hell away from me until you are well again. I don't want whatever you have. 8. When you fall -- I will laugh at your clumsy backside, but I'll help you up. 9. This is my oath.. I pledge it to the end. 'Why?' you may ask; because you are my friend. Friendship is like pi$$ing your pants, everyone can see it, but only you can feel the true warmth. Send this to 10 of your closest friends, Then get depressed because you can only think of 4
  3. It was a great lap but any F1 test driver could do that and more.......I would suggest that the majority of his income actually comes from the other work he does with race teams........ Absolutely. But he's not considered to be good enough for F1 so races GT's
  4. A very luck escape indeed. I hit a badger last year and the repair came to £1400!
  5. It may not have been as bad as they were predicting, but I still lost about 2 of my fence panels. More bloody expense
  6. With the current economic situation and the imminent launch of a new model as already pointed out, I would estimate around 60% depreciation over 3 years.
  7. Hi and from another South Wales member. Nice looking FTO.
  8. Most people may be able to turn up in a race suit and helmet but they couldn't drive anywhere near the ability of the Collins. His recent hot lap in that Caterham R500 confirmed this for me
  9. 150,000k a year I thought he would be on a lot more all things considering All what things considered? £150k a year to spend your week thrashing the best cars on the planet...........I'd do it for free! +1 150k a year is a very well paid job No wonder this country is on its arse with southern wussies wanting a kings ransom all the time. its a very well paid job, just thought with his fame as the stig he would be getting alot more, he is not getting 150 from top gear alone, he does other jobs that amount to that, just thought he'd be close to the mill mark a year with all his coverage How can he be paid for being famous when no one knows who he is? You mean like Batman, Superman, Zoro, etc.
  10. OOPS Well in that case it's definately a load of tosh
  11. I've got an N reg 2.0 Laguna that I use to use for towing. I don't need it any more so £150 and it's yours to collect. It will need an MOT but should fly it as it's only covered about 1500 miles since the last one.
  12. Hi and There are a few members on here from Hampshire so you should be able to get to some local meets.
  13. I thought it was common knowledge that the Stig is Ben Collins!!
  14. Agree with the above comments. Not sure if I'm missing the obvious but does it state when the article was written?
  15. Best wishes to you all during this very difficult time.
