It doesn't have the dip like the 06+ cars Have you tried EVO-R? It wont be an original though, I'm pretty certain they are discontinued by Veilside now though Would it need it though? If it just goes straight over the dip instead? I'm pretty sure it does. I'm sure clarkie tried it with a mines lip on his car & it needed top have the dip

HKS charger is practically silent although it could just be that I couldn't hear it over the exhaust

I got my flat ones from RHD Japan The ones in the link above were limited to 100 caps, I did have a set of them (took me 6 months to get them) but I sold them with my wheels
