  4. Come on guys, the tickets are free, and we are bound to get a good spot. Fun day out in the sun for all
  5. I'd be up for going next year, leaving Amanda at home most likely. Would be good to have a fleet of stickered up club cars, maybe Chris (cfoster) could do us a deal on some stickers
  6. Where and when are you getting it from bud? There's a few of us around Reading, sure we can help out. PM me if you don't want the details made public but it may limit the people that will see it
  7. Yeah they are most definately the most annoying. Usually locals who think they can drive
  8. No 40th edition in the vid - booooooo!
  9. Tell them, they buy and fit a new set for you. If they dont fix it, then you will pay them for the tyres out of good will for giving it a bash. Bet you it makes it handle correctly. Look, as Digsy says, we arent scientists, but we do know what works. We've been round long enough to see people with this problem and every one (yes EVERY SINGLE ONE) who changed the tyres reported it completely changed the car.
  10. Will tidy them in a mo. Stickied and renamed them correctly
  11. I'm being lazy Come up with the others and I will rename them all to be consistent and sticky them
  12. Go make a thread for each colour - keeping the title simple and consistent - and I'll sticky them
  13. +1 +2 - but if someone does want to lose the spare wheel, I'm more than happy to have it
  14. I wouldnt have any friends in my thread, unless I go to the rest of the world!
  15. +1 - you dont have to - but you would want to
  16. Good work Tony and Sarah, think someones after a few discounts from some people going by that advertising
  17. +1 - had mine done by CS's guys down the road with a Jim Bean and their work was spot on, car felt so much better afterwards. TBH getting the geometry back to OEM settings isnt rocket science if the car is on stock suspension, any competant place should be able to do it Think we should set up some comission with Abbey with the amount of people that go there from here
  18. Until they take your front bumper with them!! Shhhhh
  19. Its all about carbon lips - bounce of pretty much anything
  20. I honestly dont understand why people are so scared of oiling filters? Its really not hard, you'd have to cake the filter in oil to do any harm. Even then there are vids where K&N soaked MAF sensors in oil and they still worked when cleaned off. I think K&N even went so far as to say they have never had a MAF fail of over oiling, most of the time it was coincidence or there were other contaminants on the MAF not oil. Most MAFs also have self cleaning cycles where they burn off any oil or contaminants when the engine starts.
  21. Yup, they like to have a wee after having the aircon on
  22. Best to post up a pic. Although they only run auxillery things such as air con or the alternator, they have been known to take things out when they snap. I think it was Ian that had it sever his air con line causing quite a bit of damage
