Hi Damian, We didn't sell wheels to Sarnie, he's just upset because he now has a Lambo The LE37s we sent you first time round were higher offsets than you wanted (obviously we didn't know this until you received them) they still would have fitted though! We did change them for another set for you, no hassle... Its quite acceptable by Japanese standards (as they are more conservative than the US market) to have anything from a +17 to +35 on a Zed though, just most people *prefer* the look of a +22. Unfortunately its not available for all designs though. Regards, Gaz. The only reason you didn't sell wheels to me was because a couple of people on here advised me that the rims were not the right offset. Quoting your own offset range of +17 to +35, the rims you were willing to let me buy were +38, you knew what car they were going on but were still prepared to sell them to me. Just because they may have fitted does not mean they would of looked right. You'd had those rims on your shelves since October 06 and I was buying in feb 07. I'm sure that if an orange Zed with a big wing turns up in the car park with a reg on and then an orange Zed with a big wing and no plates laps the track, photos of both would be sufficient. I suppose you could take off your plates just before entering Donnington itself. That would be best for piece of mind For those with acute paranoia

I'm afriad that is no protection at all - as we know these cars are stolen to order or for a purpose - my mate had his door kicked in one night and a gang burst in on him and his missus to get the car keys (a Scubby also) they did'nt get away with it as they were interupted by neighbours but its likely it was being stolen for a job - based on other info of things that were happening around that area. Bottom line even scum bags do their research - my mate thinks the house was being watched and they waited for an opportune time. Fortunately they were both ok but shaken by the experience as you can imagine. I have to admit as much as I am saving to get a Zed ragtop - this is a concern for me and may yet decide not to? Zeds are very nice cars and likely stolen to order? Unfortunately we do live in a scumbag society its not right and Police resources are scarce , when did you see a copper walk down your street last? Sorry for the gloom but this is the world we have. Always be aware of your surroundings and keep your eyes peeled- your life is worth more than any car? Who orders a Nissan to be stolen? Scoobys and Evo's will be as they have 5 doors and a boot and can be used in burglaries etc. What good would a zed roadster be to a thief? People order Ferrari's and stuff to be stolen.
