  1. Thats looks like the company xmas party I'm planning
  2. The rasp is very metal-like, sounds like a lot of metal stuff rattling together is my best explanation of it Having spent a few years before that in a V10 and a V6, the M3 took some getting used to. It's not a particulary horrible sound, and probably not enough to put you off actually buying the car, it's just not an intoxicating noise that gets you off the sofa to drive it purely to hear that engine noise, like my other cars did.
  3. Rich, you'll love the M3 mate. Only down side is the rasp, if you can get over that, you'll love it. Once you up the velocity of the SMG shifts, the changes are savage! Widescreen satnav and SMG are must's IMO to make it feel a bit more modern. The sat-navless manual cars look very dated IMO. Once you need rear seats and a boot, with performance thrown in, it's a no brainer to me. I'd have another in a heart beat
  4. Awesome mate I must admit, I was worried for you....
  5. My explanation is soooooooooo long and boring I can't be arsed to explain it........
  6. cheers Stew and Hugh Ross, unfortunately you are classed as a Next Time Buyer. It's no big deal really as the products are very similar anyway. I recently did Jamie Moy's mortgage which was in Dundee so Scotland is no problem The only difference comes with the legal work that needs to be carried out, but I found a fantastic firm in Glasgow to carry out the conveyencing. Drop me a PM and I can help you if you need it sorting for you. Liam
  7. I actually think the rear looks better without the lip spoiler

    My New Car!!!

    different........and amazing
  9. We secured 2 votes out of 22. 1 of those votes was our own!!! So only one other country voted for us! Why do we, as a nation, and mainly our media, want to derail any attempt to succeed?? They deliberately stitched up Sven with the whole 'Fake Sheik' sting just before the 2006 world cup, Panarama last night plus endless other 'revelations' they decide to release just before a crucial game/tournament. I give up. I support Brazil now
  10. Poor man's Nismo's...................................
  11. £100m? That's a generous offer
  12. have to agree for a company car, i had a 159 as a courtesy car a while back and loved it. was the 2.2 diesel and that thing flew like a rocket ship. and was such a nice place to be in. loved the seats and interior. not sports seats, more like arm chairs. Mrs Sarnie wafts around in ours like lady muck, bless her, she thinks its on a par with a Maserati
  13. Nothing like announcing your stealing someone elses deal in your first post
