  1. Crossing Waterloo Street in Glasgow lunchtime today. Male driver - any one here?
  2. I take it you're planning on starting and finishing at Fort Augustus?
  3. That's a great route, Stew, especially if its fine weather. The Bealach na Ba (pass of the cattle) over to Applecross is a superb run in the summer. It's not so much fun if it's p***ing it down, though, and that might take a good bit longer.
  4. Thanks Chris - I remember that thread now, but had completely forgotten what the switch was for. Now you've got me thinking about replacing the bulb with a led to give brighter illumination.

    GT-R

Good article in Autocar today - GTR knocked the 911 turbo into a cocked hat. Apparently there's also a bit of GTR footage on the Autocar website. edit - sorry guys - I've just noticed the other thread. Oops. Autocar must have used the same cars to do their story.
  6. August would be best for me, depending on the date(s) chosen. This could be good (though I haven't mentioned it to her indoors yet!) Well done, Stew, for getting this started. 1. Stew 2. Martin Mac 3. EBIZED 4. beavis 5. Digsy 6. Jim

    Zed piccie

Awesome matey, awesome Sats They are great pictures. Are they taken in South Georgia?
  8. That's because I'm back I think Sl an Sarnie should be banned with me allowed to stay considering out the 3 of us I'm the only one with a zed The man has a point...... In fact it's probably the only sensible point made in the whole thread. Having said that, it was a really funny thread to follow today - cheered me up in the middle of writing a couple of boring reports. Thanks guys.
  9. Thanks Tim - I had forgotten you had covered that with us before. I'll try MJP unless somebody else comes up with a better price. Did you get the EBC red stuff pads from them too? Edit - just looked at MJP website and no sign of any brake parts there. Is it better to phone them?
  10. Hi all, My front disks are just about ready for replacement. I have no wish to upgrade to Brembos or similar but I would welcome any advice on which supplier to use for replacement disks, and I would be interested in upgrading the pads to something like EBC (especially if they produce less dust).
  11. +1 - should find something suitable and very cheap too.

  13. As others have already said, that's an excellent photograph.
  14. I think this went round the web sometime last year, but I enjoyed reading it again.

    1957

Good one, but for information I think the year should be 1960 - that was when Chubby Checker released his single "Let's Twist Again".
  17. I've had my JDM for nearly two years and I still haven't managed to work out what that button is for (and my car does not have the phone connector anyway).
  18. I enjoyed watching that. Does that make me a bad person?
  19. Think this is a but these cars were worth another look.
  20. Hmm what a coincidence, and P15ULT as we stand before the dury... can I ask, have you seperated you headlamp and had the interior of it painted? Could it be caused by condensation?
