I'd forgotten about the reworks, ah well at least it gives me longer to sort it! I loved the old track, hope this new one is half as good. Agree with the noise too, as far as I know theres no restriction and as you say it is very much in the middle of nowhere.

Hey all It was mentioned a little while ago on another thread (couldn't find it - sorry) that I'd get a price for getting a track day at Anglesey as my mate has some decent contacts with a company that organises days there. Just to let anyone know that had expressed a kind of interest (it was absolutely nothing concrete at this stage) that I haven't forgotten. My mate has just had a cruciate op on his knee so the last thing on his mind right now is track days. As soon as he is up & fixed I'll start getting into his ribs again to get a price & I'll post up as soon as I know.

Track days are MUCH more fun. Even better in a Caterham though

And we'd have to pay for the equipment in the first place - what a joke!!!

Brings back memories mate, at about age 4 or 5 I remember riding perched on the back of a TR7 with my uncle in the passenger seat & his girlfriend of the time driving, we didn't go very far but it was a blast! I remember loving that car and its look. I saw one in a garage about 5 years ago, it didn't quite look like I remembered it tho!!!!!

Ok its not my choice but seems to fit the bill of everything you're looking for: my mate has been checking out a Mazda 6 MPS. 2.3 turbo, 0-60 6.6 secs which isn't slow in anyones book. Fully kitted out, 18" wheels, the only option you pay for is sat nav (hey, its even got memory elec seats as standard!), from a dealer with 4 miles on it (yes 4 miles) - a shade under £20k. Don't know what it drives like, he hasn't been out in it yet, may be worth a look though?????

No resolutions as such this year, I always break em anyway (apart from last year when I didn't drink any alcohol whatsoever in January, I'm quite proud of that!). A few personal things I'm looking to change, eg try to be a bit less grumpy in the mornings etc but nothing I'm putting down as a resolution.
