  1. Thanks all!!! Trev you have a reply - but thanks again Passed on the info to the garage, hopefully this will get solved soon!!!
  2. No mate but my thrust bearing has been replaced under warranty - it was very noisy before Thanks Andy. It's comforting to know mine is not the only one. Worth running her in, try looking here but doesn't give you too much unfortunately: http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=4802
  3. Thats an unsual name, ask her if she went to the Carling Music Awards at the Arches in London about 4 or so years ago would you please???
  4. Quite true, used to live in Kersal and every kid knocking round is like that. Total & utter scallies.
  5. Ok, I'm asking if anyone with the factory phone kit could do me a small favour - it'll literally take around 2 minutes of your time. As some of you know my car has a German speaking phone system, I'm in the process of sorting it out but its the first time the garage have come across a problem like this and it also seems that its the first time the warranty company & Nissan GB have too. There is a control unit located under a false floor in the big box behind the passenger seat. Could anyone give me all the info off the stickers (serial number and any other info on stickers on the base of the unit, including daft stuff like CEPR or whatever) on your unit please? This will massively help me & the garage in trying to identify the offending bit. Very easy to access the unit: go into the box, lift up a big square cover on the box floor (you'll see it straight away - its sits proud of the box floor and fills the whole box). Under this there is a smaller tray (kind of looks like a coin tray), all you need is to lever this up with something like a small screwdriver or a key it takes very, very little force to bring this up. The control unit is fixed to the bottom of this tray. Thanks in advance
  6. It's on the hand brake lever at the end where the button is. Looks like they've stretched it too far and it has worn through, so am worried it will split the length of the handle any time soon. Will try and get a picture at the weekend and post it up. Doesn't sound like they can dispute that to me mate
  7. Thats why its in "off topic" & not "technical" Seriously though, you're absolutely right. Wouldn't condone it whatsoever and would (and have) forcibly take keys off any mate that was about to.
  8. Before I even finished reading that post I'd already said "yeah right!!" The bug has well & truly got you mate, there's no point denying it!!!!
  9. Water and Wine Education It has been scientifically proven that if we drink 1 liter of water each day, at the end of the year we would have absorbed more than 1 kilo of Escherichia coli (E. Coli) bacteria found in feces. In other words, we are consuming 1 kilo of Poo. However, we do not run that risk when drinking wine , beer (or other liquors) because alcohol has to go through a distillation process of boiling, filtering and fermenting. WATER = Poo WINE = HEALTH Free yourself of Poo, drink WINE!!! It is better to drink wine and talk @*!# than to drink water and be full of @*!#. There is no need to thank me for this valuable information. I am doing it as a public service. >> >> Have a nice day...

  16. Hi all As per title - my screen is getting replaced on Monday following a small chip which has now become a massive crack. Is there anything that the fitters should be aware of? Its a reputable company and a friend of a friend so I know they'll look after her but I don't know if they've done a Z before and having never had the need to have a screen done I don't know how much of a job it is. Any pointers would be very much appreciated
