  2. And carrying it on I'd absolutely love a Shelby GT500, just like in sl114 pic - same colour everythin, mmmmmmmmmmm. Gotta say that Roush Mustang looks
  3. Wasn't a Shelby in Bullitt - was a fastback 350. Shelby in Gone in 60 seconds. Now wheres the train spotter smilie???
  4. I know that the Primera system does exactly what you're describing mate, may be worth a look into if its the same system or not??
  5. Confirmed, you need 2 feeds from the LNB. I have a similar problem - communal feed from the satellite on the building (flats) so only 1 feed meaning I can't have sky+ but I believe that can now be overcome. Need a satellite engineer to run you another feed mate
  6. BUT......if its big fat leftovers from Mum's sunday dinner and its on a plate don't try this approach unless you're very careful when moving the seat back else you'll end up with a broke plate & ruined dinner (and a messy floor). Just what I heard..............
  7. Jeeez, bet that was a bit worrying! Thanks for that Swiss, I'll get onto it
  8. I think the more pressing question is how you came across that site Mike?????
  9. Cool, cheers guys. The insurance route isn't too much of a concern for me as I've got protected no claims. Looks like its a phone call then, good to know thats its an easy fix by the sounds of things though. Nice one all
  10. ok folks could do with a bit of advice please. Having never had the misfortune to have a chipped windscreen I don't know a great deal about it, but this morning a 4x4 kicked up the most almighty stone straight into my screen which has left a bleeding big chip. Its on the passenger side so not in my line of sight, is it repairable or is it a replacement job do you reckon? I seem to remember something in my insurance for windscreen cover, does this generally cover for things like this? Cheers in advance for the help

More noticeable now as its getting colder mate - the 'stones need a fair bit of heat in them to get a decent level of grip. Don't think Toyo's would completely solve your problem but they'd certainly help. Just don't give it so much beans in first!!!!
  12. What are the Londoners/Southeners take on this, with having a congestion charging system in place already? I've been told my quite a few people that it had an impact for about a month then its been back to normal again. Flaming ridiculous if you ask me, public transport is simply not a viable alternative to driving (plus it all stinks like multi storey stairways) so until that can be sorted out how the hell can they justify putting more tax on the motorist? Seems to me if we kicked out all the illegal immigrants and stopped taking any more in (be it illegal or not), plus made benefits a DAMN sight harder to obtain then we wouldn't really be in this mess.
  13. Hi mate & welcome btw . Wasn't going that fast but over the 50 limit in any case. True Swinton/Worsley are a bit apart, but I was referring to the lights on the A580 where you can go left to Worsley or right to Swinton.
  14. Really interesting post Simon, mostly a bit over my head tbh but I understand the gist of what is being said. Great one, I've always wondered about all these bottles of stuff on Halfords shelves!!!!
  15. ....this morning at the lights before you get to the lights at Swinton/Worsley turn off. Flaming van with its back door open and a lovely camera in the back, I'm just hoping he was taking some pictures of the scenary
