  1. It also has quite a bit of silicone in it. Although that helps with the finish and beading, the water will stay. The flies bit I also noticed when I used it. Try some Poorboys SSR1 or one of their glazes as an alternative

    more questions

Yep, don't use it! I disconnected mine to stop the accidental spraying of the muck all over the car, reconnect it before the MOT and all is well. If the windscreen needs a clean I'll clean it with a cloth. But that's just because I'm a bit OCD about keeping it clean!
  3. Got to be the worst day of a parents life, really wish them all the best. RIP Ian & Hayley...

    help needed

Try the US traders as well...
  5. Both of those need the bonnet lines continuing in some way IMO...
  6. Not really. It could be 4 owners who cherish their new car, or 4 owners who thrashed it. You'll never know, go by what you see
  7. There are also some US based traders on here you can contact
  8. Not a fan of it side on, looks good head on. Personally think it needs other mods with it to mae the car. On it's own it loses the lines that the V1 & V2 do so well with. Bonnet needs the bulge in that too....

    Solution!

Check the meerkat guys as well, have had them get cheaper quotes than going directly to Admiral website before....
  10. I would check that your aircon is draining the moisture off correctly. Locate the drain tube and check it isn't blocked. This tends to happen when the aircon is effectively still blowing back moisture into the car. And aircon is basically a fridge and dehumidifier in one. The removal or condensation is almost entirely down to the dehumidifying bit. The condensation in the first place is a combination of moisture in the air being warmer than the surface it rests on.
  11. There is a sticky / guide on the bits you need to change the stereo written by Rob Quads....
  12. If thats the case then I apologise I have to say his answer didnt really help me though, did it? I just want to see what you guys think are the best looking Zeds in the country, not have to attend a years worth of meets to see them. If I was a total n00b the situation would be the same as well, even if I was just a casual visitor to the board it would be nice to see what 350Z-UK has to offer. It was a genuine request that Ive made twice now, I really want to see these cars but dont have hours to go trawling through the media section to do it. I went to JAE, the Duxford show and various drifting rounds this year but didnt see any Z Clubs, which I have to say I was pretty disappointed about - maybe Ill have more luck next year Anyway, this is going O/T, please carry on And some other wheels....
  13. Have got a couple of Tags and am very impressed by them, and not too bad to look after (cost wise). The Link straps (and therefore weight) are part of the design. If you want something with a bit more weight and still Swiss then take a look at Tissot too. Just be careful of 'fashion watches' where the movement is pretty poor and the money has gone into the chrome and the Calvin Klein / Diesel / Boss etc logo. That is not to say they are rubbish, but the money goes in different places. (I have also bought watches or seen them age hence picking those brands out).
  14. As clean as possible IMO. Why do you want to draw attention to a bit of white / yellow vinyl that costs £20 when the rest of the cat has had the time and effort spent on it......?! Gratuitous pic
  15. Probably also indicates their lack of understanding about the car too. There aren't that many bodykit options you can get over here really, and regardless of taste the Veilside stuff at least fits. It gets enough of the right attention, so ignore em....
  16. I give up. Sorry I dont attend any meets, but being the secretary and treasurer of the 200SX OC, an active drift racer, big motorsport fan (Ive had to turn down AAA tickets for BSB 4 times this year ) and running my own company doesnt leave a lot of time. Apologies for my lax attitude. And Ive looked in the media section but again its not exactly straightforward to cross reference every name mentioned on here, then find the page that actually has the pics of their car on it. For instance, Ive just searched for V88 REG and failed to finad anything, then searched Husky and found 4 pages of hits, but only managed one decent pic of his car with a Noble (very nice BTW mate ) and one when it still had Rays on it, which clearly isnt what it looks like now. Hey, its my fault for only having used and administered web forums for 12 years, not yours for being perhaps somewhat insular. Ill move along now, sorry for being interested. I don't think Martin was aiming a comment at anyone at all, just putting his view over, hence not quoting you or anyone else. Not sure the reaction is really fair?
  17. Get yourself an old skool Volvo or Saab - the Swedish barges are designed with snow and ice in mind given their heritage. The just carve through it!
  18. It's a ton and a half of relatively wide tyred rear wheel drive sports car. No weight over wheels compared to a FWD car and known to get a drift on.... It can be a challenge, just take it easy
