You're right of course, and I certainly do not wish for both sites to start some kind of war. I can't see how I can avoid getting personal as this bad behaviour in the OC is a very very small number of moderators, as usual spoiling it for the rest. Most of the guys over there are OK. The point of course is that as the OC seems to be supporting this behaviour, and they are driving poeple away from the OC. Good news for this website of course, but not good for Zed enthusiasts. I've had PM's saying this BTW, but I won't quote names, as I do not wish to cause trouble for the sake of it. I've also had PM's saying others have experienced this censorship as well. It seems that there is only me and Steve B who is prepared to stand up against them. I can understand this, as I suspect othehrs who have been victims do not want to rock the boat, so they can continue enjoying both sites, which is OK. All I can say is thank you to this site for allowing us to tell the truth....

I was also surprised to see how the other attacked you as viciously as me. Anyway, thanks again Steve. All I can say is I look forward to the day his time comes. Here's to the revolution..... PS: Seems that he has also had some issues with the ZClub, which is no surpirse. PPS: The Loctite User Name is inspired and very funny.....

Thanks Steve. Reassuring to know others see this guy for what he is. Also intersting to see he's attacking others. What amazes me is how the other Moderators protect him, when he is clearly out of line. I've made my point now, but nothing will change. At least the 350z community have this site. Another instance of cencoreship again took place last night on the OC. All you guys who post over on the OC need to be aware of this. I posted on the thread about a BMW Z3M as below. The OC hate these kind of threads, i.e. people praising other cars. It wasn't long before the moderator has to start posting comments about the car's racing record even though this is pretty irrelevant. I say what's your point this is irrelevant, he repeats his post, so I say let's not clutter other peoples thread with rubbish shall we, then all my posts get deleted. Moral is you are not allowed to question a moderator over there, no matter how polite you are. BTW the moderator in question is P15 in case you wondered. A secondhand ECU would be useful. The other thing to think about is my service internal is every 2 years or 20,000 miles, so at my current rate once I have had the first service, the second will be out of warranty anyway. So won't be bothering for now, but the motivation is more power, (which you can never have enough off IMHO), and don't forget the de-limit for those German Autobahn moments... In the meantime I'll drive my car without the sports mode button on most of the time and press for a smile..

Standard power is 367 bhp. Apparently the exisiting ECU is remapped and cannot be detected by BMW dealers, but I'm not convinced.

2 years 5 months and counting... Also ups the torque I believe.

The second one is chipped to 534 bhp I can get mine chipped to 398 bhp and delimited. Not quite an M6 but tempting. Just the dam warranty.

OK, no probs. I've said my thing on the OC so will shut up. What I will say is most forums welcome you, and problems are a rare thing. I use a Windsurfing forum and BMW forum and have had no issues what so ever.

If you are asking me, I've proved on a number of occasions by posting exactly the same comment and been criticised on the OC.

I think you already know my views Dorian. Both sites can at times be spoiled by a minority of idiots, which I'm sure happens on most site. The OC issue is that some of these idiots are moderators. This is what makes the OC cliquey. Also, the problem with forums with a limited number of members is that one person can make a big impact too easily. Over here I personally fell I can say what I want, withing sensible limits of course.

I may be able to join you at Spa and stay through the weekend to 18th. As soon as you know the itinary then please post up. Also, has anyone checked what is on at Spa during those dates and is the Ring open then etc. I suspect many like me will be interested in the Spa / Ring part of the trip, so the more activities then the better AFAIK..
