  1. Thats why I asked about Poland. Do not know if there is just a lot of zeds or some PW is routing via Poland and traffic coming that way..?
  2. Gents, Not only the best place for 350z inf but by far the most popular visited compared to other so called clubs in the UK. Thanks and keep up the good work. http://www.alexa.com/data/details/traff ... 50z-uk.com PS why is this place popular in Poland.....And surprised http://www.notre350z.com/ is so popular, guess there is lots of zeds out there.

I understand where you are coming from, as I have worked for big american ISP for many years, but really software is entirely different as people only buy the right to use/license....they never buy the actual software. So totally different to a car purchase. Also with the stuff you sell the customer will be signing agreeable T&C's. Last time I checked when buying a second hand car there was no T&C's so again very different. Also if you can justify international up-lift good luck. In my opinion, which is NOT fact, just what I believe, Nissan GB are doing this to protect margin full stop, nothing more nothing less. By the way that white car is bloody gorgeous. It's global enterprise business 101 - brand, brand, brand, and I don't mean Russell Brand. None of you appreciate it now (nobody in support so far?) and nothing I will say will make you change your mind because you will never understand it until you deliver a world wide product to market - I've done it twice, and I'm currently doing my third WW delivery - I never believed it, either, but once you've worked with finance, legal etc you soon learn. Do you think Carl Goshn and the rest of the Nissan enthusiasts are doing this to **** people off? At the heart of things, Nissan are creative, delivery people and they love their product even more than we do - so separate them from the dealers (not all dealers, some are good) and give them some respect. It may seem a weird way to work from your small corner of the planet, but hey, who cares about you? In the market segmentation analysis you probably didn't even turn up, so all you're doing is burning the airwaves on 350z-uk.com which is off topic? End of? Was it the wales run last weekend or the next - I've been in the US so missed it, but I'm there in spirit after being there for the first few...
  4. Okay who did Abbeville on the the 4th with LoT. And did who did you do against the M3 http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid ... 0805&hl=en
  5. If you purchased the car there, you get exact same discount for free. (without being charged for free to join up somewhere else) Just ask them if you can get a discount in the same way as they give as a original buyer from their dealership..

Thats one thing Nissan UK will not be able to control. With the massive drop in prices with expensive mota`s they seem to be getting better value. May not be as good a car as a GT-R but a DB9 looks bloody gorgeous. DB9 second hand low miles 2005 at £55k V8 Vantage 10ish miles, 2007 at 55k F360 older but low mines £60k, 430 still a little bit too much £65k+ as is Gallardo but next year will wait and see. Even starting to like a Bentley GT at £50+ (again nothing like a GTR but I must be getting old, driving a beemer for 9 months does that to you...oh still have a 200 BHP caterham and now have a elise which will be getting transplant when I am ready for fun)
  7. Not me, and not perfect way to drive it but the sighting laps give you an idea of where to go, as its slow and you see cones. (laid out by people that know the track well) I work with the chap in green elise and he`s not bad really.
  8. Not done donnington, Kev is the man for that. But Brands indy is great. There is an obvious line, just watch a couple of vids and you will get the idea. Let the quick ones thru as not that wide on the line in the corners. 2 straights where you will get past others easily. The other 2 danger area are as in druids (do not blast the pedal until you know you are staying on the track) and the exit of graham hill bend (this is where most BTCC accidents happen as good set up for overtaking) truck crash @ Paddock is okay, its just a long drop (TV does not do it justice) It is also off camber. Main thing is going off, (like all tracks) try opposite lock, trying to get round with even more steering once its gone is not going to happen (past slip angle). What I have always been told is, you want to crash head on as car not strongest at the sides and not many will roll when going head on. For a race the start line is up hill but you are doing track day so will not notice it. The one thing to remember on all track days is to start off slow and build up. It is only going to go wrong when you stretch yourself to quickly. Most track people have an off once in say once in 20-100. So do not worry to much, its mainly people with something to prove that it goes bad. Have fun and you will be okay, try to race and you will not. Last bit of advice. If you are going to do a few more, do a driver training day not based on how to drive fast but one where you get to push it safely over the line and then see what you need to do when it goes. Once you have those skills its good to do "how to drive quickly" training. Opposite lock sounds easy but when you are heading into a wall or gravel at 50-100 then your survival instincts do weird things, sometime its wrong to keep power on and sometime its right, training get this to be second nature.
  9. Good to see you are enjoying trackdays but be careful at paddock..... and
  10. Mobile tracking... is this legal? [NOT safe @ work] I thought this was illegal? Seems to work though http://www.trackapartner.com/
  11. Anyone on here with a red 55 convertible that is also selling a silver elise. If on here PM me please.
  12. Are you sure about the twist type not passing the MoT. I have them on my caterham, and seen dozens on both other caterhams and elise.
  13. Not used it but with the Zed leather seats you would be surprised how much you move around. May be worth a go if you can get it cheap as proper harness is going to cost £500-1000 for a zed.
  14. Kev you seen the pics of the Exige up in jock land, show howe strong the sub frame is but what a waste of a great car.
  15. Other advice if worried its a scam (do not believe it is as they are for ITV,Yahoo etc) Again just passing info on, no guarantee "You will need to give to your real email to have the tickets emailed to you. You dont need to give your real name or address nor do you need to give your real phone no. However you must remember the last 4 numbers of the phone number you give as you will need this to print out your tickets. Note you only have one chance to print your tickets after being sent the link via email."
  16. Gents, got directed to this from another forum so no guarantee but could be worthwhile. http://www.hotukdeals.com/item/189082/m ... 82&page=10 And get the tickets from https://www.wayahead-secure.co.uk/bims/ ... ow&pahonly
  17. Just picked on on this. Glad you got what you wanted. What you looking at doing to the Lotus. As you may see I am in the market for a 111s or a converted Honda S1. If you need to take the car out for an run might be able to sell you a Le Mans Bugatti track day for less than I paid.
  18. Will keep an eye out for both of yah. If you see some elise/exige with a 5 series tourer in tow come say hi. Be the cam site in Blue with the 36 foot flag pole. Wearing one of these http://www.lotus-on-track.com/docs/LeMans.pdf
  19. Cannot believe someone has not already posted this but does this pic remind you of a certain post whore.
  20. Been to Vegas 4 times now, first a holiday next three times with work. But not keen. V-Bar in Venetian is good, if you like live music the house are real good and free. Wynn is one of the best hotels also. The Luxor is now a bit dated but stayed there first as wanted something different. Start the trip off with a meal at the tower Stratosphere. the hotel is crap and down market but the revolving restaurant is a great way to see the strip. As with most other people the helicopter trip to the grand canyon is one the best things you can do.

Video of the 7.29 sec around the ring.
  22. Not seen the Foo's but did go to see Def Leppard in Vegas in April and was great. Cannot say the same about Reo Speedwagon as they were the warm-up but did show their age. Anyone going to JayZ/LinkinPark in MK.
  23. Anyone going past abbeville on monday should pop in. May not have the cat fixed by then as have electric problems but should be able to get you a pax in elise/exige if anyone wants.

    My new car

I had a v reg 320 clk for four years before trading for the zed, was a great car. Why not back to the vx or an elise.
