is it definitely rubber, as the stock exhaust is fitted with an earthing wire.

try an ECU reset, or if the CEL is on read the code, and post it up. then so the reset.

maybe not for you as you say, but the original would be excellent for someone who wants a body colored lip for the front. what you'd be more interested in is the carbon copies he'll make of it once its been repaired.

does seem that people are struggling to buy at the lower end, the prices are going up albeit probably temporary, good luck with the search, but you may need to up your budget to get what you want.

there was a thread recently that gave the wheel weights for all the nissan wheels, and the rays were quite a lot lighter. than standard.

i still need to find some winter wheels to borrow from someone to save me some cash for the refurb. i think what i'm going to do is wait for my half term and leave it with them for 3 days and get a hire car, or get my wife to pick me upa nd drop me off etc.

yesterdays was a smoother run looking at the dyno sheet, but its difficult to compare, every dyno is different, and each day is different having an effect on the result. your best bet is to start and then stick to one dyno for camparisons, as it will show the changes better.

full respray is about £3000, if you do a full full one with engine out etc its more like £5000, personally i would go for the right colour in the first place.

Personally i'd use envy, as they have a full p3 service kit Engine Oil: i've ordered royal purple 5w30 Gearbox Oil: didn't need it not due till higher milage Diff Oil: same as above, think its 56 k Oil Filter: power enterprise Spark Plugs: again, didn't order not needed till about 56k Coolant: ordered nissan oem stuff but am changing the brake fluid: having millers put in i think as my place get a good deal on it.

just shows how much of a difference it makes. i had one of those and the paint was terrible for picking up marks, toyota mr2 roadster paint was similar for picking up marks., must admit although nissan paint is bloody thin like the other jap makes it doesn't seem to mar as easily, well my silver hasn't anyway.

white bulbs will be fine

is it possible to change the bulbs in the dome lights with out taking the whole system out and causing any dmamge, i just fancy updating the inteiror light. and if so, what type of bulb are we looking at?

Would love to do a road trip to there some time, its on my list of things to do, bung a tent in and go and road trip France italy switzerland etc round the alps.
