  1. like i said, try rainbow speakers, they do something for everyone, heard them on a mates car and the quality is outstanding
  2. whats the tread depth like front and rear at the moment, i got through last winter on 3mm, although when it snowed it was proper ar$e clenching time, i could have folded a 50p piece in half with my bum cheeks it was that nerve wrecking, i had no traction what so ever.
  3. i can't get over the man with the scud launcher on the back of his van
  4. me personally i use my tyres all year round, hence why i got the vredesteins, should be a happy medium between summer and winter use. i think husky has new alloys but will use his rays in the winter to save the big sparkly ones he has, but it may be a case of new rubber all round as the stones and nankangs might be running low. personally if he's going to spend £500 on rubber he might as well get the ultrac sessantas
  5. cos its made of rubber, and rubber is kinky
  6. i always thought rainbow was a cracking brand
  7. i've put in an order and paid with the discount code, made the mistake of browsing page at a time and just kept adding stuff to the list, my wallet was gladd you had sold out of one or 2 things look forward to getting the order, its under the same username as here, rtbiscuit, or if it doesn't show that, its Richard Thompson from kesgrave in suffolk
  8. seen it before, but still funny
  9. same here
  10. http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Tyre/Uniro ... port-2.htm these are menat to be very good wet weather tyres, the uni royals are good winter tyres. me personally i'm sticking to my ultrac sessantas they should see me through winter fine.

  14. not a lot to go wrong to be honest
  15. most back roads round suffolk are great fun, i've driven some cracking roads in wales, the costal road from anglesey to abbaristwith(cant spell) especially when i took the 60 mile detour though the mountains. i regularly like to get lost in wales and see where i end up, found some amazing roads.

    mpg??

think what you like, its what i got, but had run the tank to the point the DTE was flashing -- -- as for the trip, i was knackered, and the traffic was heavy, with lots of road works with average speed cameras, think i was generally travelling between 55 mph - 70mph for most of the trip. hence the high MPG i can drive it like i stole it if i want to and i can get good MPG if i want to.
  17. in an answer, don't know. mine is the invidia G200 true dual. its about £800-£1000 depending on shipping and the supplier and the echange rate. and one of its flexi joints had rotted out. just delivered a second hand DC sports exhaust true dual, and it also showed corrosion on the flexi, nismo exhaust is renowned for the flexis splitting. so my guess is most companies seem to use mild steel flexi's, and it seems to be the weak spot. its also cheal and easy to fix.
  18. try rare rims
  19. viewtopic.php?f=38&t=19339&start=15 try page 2
  20. i have a 2nd hand exhaust fitted, and the weak areas on it were the flexi joints, more precisily the welds, as they are often mig welded, not tig welded, or the flexi joint is mild steel not stainless. i had to replace 1 flexi joint wneh i fitted it, but the rest of the exhaust was fine.
  21. looks good, can't wait to get mine sorted, still waiting for it to be finished before i can fit it.
  22. its alright i have a clay kit, shampoo etc. so i think thats enough for now
  23. never heard anyone run 20mm and suffer wheel bearing wear.
  24. forces aren't designed to go that direction through the LSD
  25. am i right in thinking that lime and prime is like a polish, and a sealant in one. also i'm sure i remember reading somwhere to only use the lite on japanese paint work as the paint is soft. and that the lite was better for jap paint, is that right? and yes i would love to add the red mist and lime prime lite to the order do you want me to pm you to put the order to gether or go through your shop?
