  1. i dropped off my front badge to him on friday, i belive its something he's working on, time scale i don't know, but not masses i don't think, i have a feeling that some of the design work has been done, but it comes down to manufacturing
  2. A controversial topic but rob at likwid art has just finished making the new side badges for the 350Z based around the Tommy K Zed. so here are the pictures with them fitted to the car. these were on at the CS leicester meet, and do look even better in the flesh. Its £60 for a pair inc P+P they take a lot of work to do, more so than the rear ones as they are smaller and fiddler, so what are peoples opinions? Forgot to mention the "zed" part can be done in any of the colors that the rear badges were done in, but he can't do the 3 little dots in them like he did with some of the rears as its just to small to do.
  3. unless you had stainless faces with red numbers no just oem dial style with red back lit
  4. nice golf
  5. if i went this way it would have to be red, as thats the colour theme going through my car, but it would make my interior dash very audiesque
  6. just been doing some research http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Velocity_stack and i now know the velocity stack on the JWT is the ally bit the filter sits on. but from what i've read i don't think it will really make that much difference, would it?
  7. you'd need to order your ticket direct, i believe the free entry was for the 1st 15, the mods might be able to get more, but if not just do it online or buy at the gate (more expensive)
  8. what about getting a proper job and no he wouldn't be a teacher he'd be an instuctor i studied for 6 years to have the privilege of being called a teacher and teachers don't get better insurance, as a profession; motor insurance is higher, with all the kids, school car parks are high risk. if you deal in money you might as well put banker
  9. fiddy what other filters have a velocity stack, because when i google it i don't get air filters i get links to other car stuff?
  10. forgot to add i'm off work at the moment as well, i've got a virus, but apparently its not swine flu, so husky don't worry, should be just a 3 or 4 dayer if you have caught it.
  11. i filled up in the morning for that exact reason
  12. don't know depends on internal diameters etc and how they fix. the k&n is a jubilee clip job, pipe slips into to it, and then tighten, the apexi has a bolt on plate which is usually the intake pipe itself. need to look into it more. and as for others, i was hoping for suggestions
  13. can't find martin, and i'm way off course already, need to get back into practice of checking every hour
  14. she comes on here, she nicks my avatar, and then bosses me around in front of all my fellow petrol heads its a good thing i love her and yes nixy, my wife is a legend,
  15. what he said its just one setup, which is the typhoon but i want to change the filter to an Apexi, but got to work out how to get the 2 of them to mate together any one got any other suggestions on another filter to use in the typhoon?

    Tyre Help

i've not heard good things about avons on Zeds, i'm sure i remember hearing they handle like the bridgestones in wet weather.
  18. Are you reading the posts? Both me and Stew said that mileage wasn't a deciding factor... yes i can read thankyou i always look after my cars and i have them well maintained and serviced; i know when i come to sell my car if someone is looking for a silver car mine and another, both in good nick but mine has lower miles i'm fairly certain the lower mile car would go first. hence i choose a low miler, and always maintain my cars etc.
  19. it improves the MPG i think you'll get at least an extra 3 meows per gallon
  20. must be me then, i settled on a silver instead of a black as the silver had lower milage and was in better condition. your right to a point but milage is still a deciding factor. even after all your otyher choices you still look at milage, it may not be at the front, but its still there.
  21. good work that man
  22. i suppose i have to be the first
  23. people always look for a car with the lowest milage they can afford, the lower the mileage the higher the premium you can demand.
  24. bloody hell, these things are going like hot ckaes, i keep missing out on stuff, i blame my wife, i've been helping her alter a picture and i missed out on these
  25. hey whos been messing with the posts, i wear the trousers in my house my wife just tells me which pair to wear
