  1. husky i think this is more realistic
  2. wow what a collection, i can never turn down free or discounted stuff, this willkeep me happy for hours
  3. theres a set of rays up for £350 from randomfry as well and someone else has posted up about a quad exit exhaust. go browse the for sale section, everything is in there, its like an aladins cave in there.
  4. I think for stage 1 this is true. A Good panel filter will most likely give you more gains in power then an induction kit but if you are looking for big power, a proper induction isolated from heat with a proper air feed is the way forwared. And as for having a low down scoop, I'm always against it because you only need to go through a pool of water for it to all go wrong. thats only true if the filter is mounted low, i'd be impressed to see water go up the intake on the typhoon,
  5. well done guys very funny just stumbled on this
  6. unless your tracking it or drive in germany alot, why would you need yo go over 120? also if you get frustrated at that the UK cars are limited to 155 mph as well, like said before jap is limited 112mph, but a re flash to the ECU will do it and give a power increase, or the HKS de limiter will do it.
  7. ewww not so pretty, and also i think it won't fit the zed, i think the legs to long and will hit the rear window and not allow a good fit. i say the buddy club would be better.
  8. Not necessarily, the exact pressure will depend on tyre brand and in particular how stiff the sidewalls are. For RE040s 35psi is spot on, for something like T1Rs you'd want a couple of psi more in to account for the chocolate sidewalls. Not too sure on the Falkens though having never personally run them. true, must admit, i'd not go back on toyo's especially as they changed them a while back, not what they used to be. had them on 2 cars and the last time i had them on had a horrible jelly feel to the side walls.
  9. always comes in 3, i blame the irish, as its murphies law after all. i'd avoid doing anything vaguely dangerous, remember; think before you do: - going for a tiddle - zipper, meat and veg accident waiting to happen - suggest you wear tracky bottoms - washing - slip in shower/bath - suggest not washing - getting changed - sock slipping - suggest you stay in your clothes these are just 3 things i can think of at the moment - stay safe brother and maybe you'll make it on holiday
  10. cleaned the car yesterday, and must say i'm impressed with the wax, very easy to put on with foam pads and polished easily with the micro fibres. found it a much easier process compared to the megs carnuba wax product which is good, but messy, and more ends up in the polish cloth and aplicator than on the car. shine is good, but my finger doesn't glide as easily on the car, but that maybe to do with it being a hard wax, and possibly needing a few more coats. next weekend or the saturday before modified live, i'll give the red mist a go. the big test will be when it rains and what the water beading is like. but overall i'm well chuffed, and amazed at how far that wax goes, am wondering if i'm being to sparing with it, i did leave it on for about 30min before buffing off, and i did lime prime lite it first as well. thanks tim for some great products at a great price. from one very happy customer
  11. just altered my last post as i accidently wrote inside the original quote, pointed out the typhoon. and as far as i'm aware the stillen doesn't have a cold air feed from low down, it feeds from the original airbox air feed. the typhoon is the only kit for the zed that i know of that uses a low down scoop in the grille, the make use of the coldest air, which i slow down.
  12. forgot about number 11, suppose i hadn't been out in mine all week as i'd been ill, it had kind of slipped my mind.
  13. the fact that these guys don't even list them shows how good the kenda's are http://www.tyrereviews.co.uk/Tyre/
  14. At least you guys have a decent front air feed. However I'd say get a sheet of mild stainless steel from B&Q and make your self a nice sectioned off area around the induction. Looking at the engine bay pics, the 350Z does have enough space so shouldnt be too hard to do. You'll find a smoother ideling even at stand still if you can keep the heat out and even some more bhp gains. K&N typhoon system comes with an enclosed air box, and a carbon lid, with an air feed that goes down to the bottom of the front grille.
  15. i must have missed the smut, i hope my obscure humour and poor spelling have helped lighten some of your evenings
