  1. temporary weld would be something like liquid steel.
  2. halfrauds does a black mesh which is ok. it wouldn't fit the nismo opening as it was 2 cm to short. but it might work on the original bumper. if it doesn't take it back for a refund as long as you don't cut it.
  3. when someone says use your head when fitting mods it doesn't mean hedbut the plenum to fit it
  4. ok just seen what you've done from the other thread. sorry to hear that mate. how the hell does one crack these.
  5. What version have you got? I can't see any reason why it wouldn't work i don't know narcotix sent it to me never installed it yet. was meant to work with this unit http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.28528 does that help solve the guessing

    plenum found

what have you done to your plenum?
  7. i'll take the OBDII reader if it will run with the copy of digimoto i have
  8. yeah i use the B.U.T Dyno, mine is highly sensitive, picks up new mods and shows the BHP gains all the time. i have a mate who uses the AR's Dyno but his is the older larger one so technically its a big AR's dyno.
  9. i use mesh on the nismo bumper, but then i used a black mesh which is far more descreet.

what i worry is if that hadn't worked would the next step have been a small amount of cemtex and some detonators
  11. closest you'll get are the nsimo ones which you can get from envy, but they are about £130 (i think) or Scot soulsby does some ones which are identical, but don't carry the branding, they even wrap around on the thin edges to hide the originals. so although they are stick on they are some of the best CF covers available.

what an ernie i've said it before, i think you need a licence to be able to buy power tools.
  13. +1 Exactly my sentiments indeed. Requires to be open so that it works but also requires protection. +2 the blue one looks unfinished when they are on show like that. imho the blue car would look better with mesh infront of it.
  14. Oh dear. Hope it heals quickly. Get well soon.
  15. This was my thinking too. got to decide on the shade of black.
  16. nice idea, but not got the cash required for that kind of work.
  17. The panda look would be so much better, it means you can go in to pubs, eat food fire guns and run off, because every one knows that a panda eats shoots and leaves
  18. if its riks, then nope. but any bodyshop should be able to do it.
  19. i can see what your saying, but i've seen the CF wrap and i can't see how laquering it will make it better. i'd rather go painted, some kind of greyish black with a metalic flake. Madmarky had a nice colour on his spoiler blade. it wasn't black but it really looked good. colour almost matched that of CF.
  20. thats what i thought, i had considered a carbon wrap, but it doesn't match with the little bit of carbon i already have, as its the dry looking carbon. need to work out which black to use as well, so many choices
  21. after seeing Edzeds lovely new spoiler it got me back on the thinking chair. i have a nsimo V2 spoiler but mine is not the one with the carbon blade. and i'm in 2 minds of what to do with it. the majority of the spoiler will be the same colour as the car. but i'm unsure what to do with the blade of the spoiler. option 1 paint all of the spoiler Silver to match the car option 2 paint the blade part and the end caps black. long term plans are for the wheels to be black and possibly some other parts, i'm interested to see what others say sp feel free to add your opinion to see if it will help me make my mind up. also i think Husky mocked up some photoshops to help, so he might post them up later.
