  4. at current conversion, that works out at about £111.54
  5. its why i use the typhoon system from K&N, closest simulation to a stock air box. sealed box, with an out of the engine bay air feed Its hardly sealed Rich! There are some wacking holes in the bottom! i filled mine

  7. the nismo sticks out slightly at the front, same as about an add on lip i would think, it leans back slightly once over, i'm going to have to get under the zed to measure up before i waste anyones time with ringing and setting prices up etc. i think its doable. but i need to check
  8. nice idea, i just find it easy to lob a tool box in the back :shug:

  10. where's the group buy for this - I've been looking at these on us forums so would be interested only talk at the minute, but the link is here viewtopic.php?f=26&t=29752&start=45 bottom of page 4, goes on too page 5. as there seems to be interest i'll get the mods to split it off that thread and start a new GB thread
  11. no they have shrunk. but the small hand syndrome might help, as everything looks bigger in small hands, thats why lots of blojes like japanese girlfriends
  12. i think becuase the bumper has been smoothed, and the grille changed, the bonnet highlights the more rounded effect of it all. i think the scoop and lip will improve this. also with no number plate, it emphasises this whole effect. number plate wise, why not get in on the retractable group buy numberplate. means you can have the clean front look for shows etc while still staying legal
  13. didn't know that, thanks for the heads up, i'd go with the ferodo DS2500's then
  14. being brought in too line wit europe has meant we have lost loads of names. i preferred opal fruits, and marathons. they also changed the ingredients on sherbet dips, the new sherbert is like pansy dust, the old stuff used to blow your brains out. oil of ulay, became olay (sounds like it should be accompanied by a spanish hand clap "olay") Jif became Cif (sounds like a yeast infection now.) polos and rolos have less in a packet, they're used to be more monster munch flavours
  15. I don't want to start a GB yet, as i'm not sure there will be that much interest, and also we're not sure yet if it will definetly fit either straight on, or if i will need to fabricate up a mounting harness using original fixing points. i'll try and get under the car and see what i can work out. ( ,this was the hold up from me ordering ages ago, just haven't had time to jack up and have a look. ) Swift motorsport retractable numberplate holder interest in a GB manual is about $65, motorised is about $125 (this is standard prices, if there is enough interest i'll see what i can negotiate.) don't want to talk figures until i have some numbers to negotiate with. 1. rtbiscuit - manual 2. fakeindian - 3.
  16. lesson learned, don't swerve for animals i'll slow down if i can, if not, its a plow straight through them, less expensive in the long run
  17. for the bit of extra cash, i'd get the sessanta's
  18. apparently i've one the nigerian lottery 6 times, either i'm very lucky, or only a few of us actually play it
  19. i was in a 6 car shunt 2 years ago, i was the front car, i stopped, the 6 cars behind didn't, my car needed minor cosmetic work, but the car was pretty undamaged. at the scene and when leaving i felt fine, but the whiplash i had got didn't show up until about 12 hours later, was getting headaches, stiff neck etc and it got really bad. ended up with 6 visits to the oesteopath. took some time off for it etc. only claimed for what i had to pay for. sometimes things don't show up at the scene. it may not be a money grabber
  20. if people are interested post up below, and if we have a few interested, i'll see if i can get the price down on them for a group order
  21. i'll measure mine at the weekend, just get last day out of the way at work, and then i can do car stuff
  22. looks like an alignment issue, and the inability to check tread depth on a regular occasion
