Also worth noting that if you add more than one mod at a time it can be cheaper, as part of the cost is to have the policy re-written. Spacers - 20 Quid Exhaust and Pop Charger - 35 Quid (would have been 35 each if done separately) -

P.S the employee policy/manual will contain all the information and what to do in this situation.

Instead of discussing it on email, a conversation should happen with another senior, or more senior member to report this. I guess it depends on what has been done. Either way chit chat between employees on this matter and not reporting it can also bring disciplinary action to the employees.
