  4. Just concluding the topic, in case it may be useful to someone else in the future. It was the squib: replaced and issue sorted.
  5. Hi all, recently my 350z horn is working only when turning to the left. It doesn't work when the steering wheel is straight or when turning to the right. Considering its partial functioning, I would exclude a faulty fuse, or a bad relay, or a broken horn. I don't see any airbag light on, so not sure if it might be the clock spring. Also, I am not able to understand whether there is a horn switch inside the steering wheel. Any suggestion? Thanks! Luigi

  7. Unfortunately Zmanalex didn't have it, so I bought it from eBay (USA).
  8. I had the same issue and, like you said, it was the button under the license plate. Unfortunately , you need to remove the rear bumper to change it. In my case, it was a good idea doing the work after having already purchased the entire used part because mine was a bit rusted/ruined (not just the switch but also its supports)
  9. same here, no V power between MK, Northampton and Luton 😔
  10. Hi, my boot is not opening and, from a quick investigation, it appears that there is no power supply in the wire that goes to the actuator (see pic below). This wire is coming from another bunch of nicely OE packed wires, so before touching it, I am wondering whether anyone may have any experience about where I should looking at. Before you ask, there is power supply to the licence plate lights, that are working fine. Thanks!
  11. Nissan GT-R axed in Europe after 13 years on sale Long-serving supercar falls victim to strict new engine noise limits; still no word on a replacement The Nissan GT-R will finally go off sale in Europe in light of strict new noise regulations coming into effect later this year. https://www.autocar.co.uk/car-news/new-cars/official-nissan-gt-r-axed-europe-after-13-years-sale
  12. Dear all, unfortunately my 350z needs some major works that I cannot afford this year. Any one interested in taking my place? Please pm me if you wish to further discuss it, thanks!

  15. When you import a vehicle in UK, DVLA takes all the original docs in echange for the UK ones. I recall that when I imported my old 2004 Mini (I am not a trader), I wasn't able to produce few certifications, and at the end the car was not classified as UK Mini and I ended up in paying £275 as annual road tax. A way to spot this is to check the plate number on insurers websites: if the car is not found, then it is worth to further investigate, as also the road tax is very likely to be different from a UK 350z one.
