  1. Wow. They should do something with the exhaust. Everything else looks good to me. Hope they implement the cross bar on the grill from the test cars
  2. I googled the guy that put it out there, "Dan Passe". Seems legit. North America Comms. Possibly more than one car in different colours at the reveal. Some people are traveling to New York from other states for the event. They are considering letting Z customers drive it at a track like a closed Nismo academy event later in the year. Good idea
  3. The Nissan PR guy said it will be the production model according to the new Z forum
  4. Was expecting LA Motorshow in November but maybe they reveal the specs in August. Nissan might have been lazy and not done anything with the engine. Either way lets see if they make any changes to the production car.
  5. https://www.autoevolution.com/news/nissan-fairlady-400z-hatchback-rendering-looks-like-a-more-practical-z-car-163013.html Very EU...2 + 2 huh...
  6. Anyone else a fan of 80s and 80s funk or is it just me
  7. Lol.....With the Q60 you do need some hardware mods to get it to 600 bhp and run 11 seconds 1/4 mile etc. Probably bigger turbos to go past 600bhp tbh. Its not going to be as long as upgrading a 370. Hydraulic is not confirmed but i cant see them changing the steering to Electric. Taking off in Japan is hard to tell but North America should be good to go once the verdict is out.
  8. Black wheels are somewhat overdone as @hmale4yu has previously stated I kinda agree. Sales numbers will tell whether its any good. I predict similar numbers to the Supra. If rumoured prices are close enough undercutting the competition, could actually be more sales due to manual option. Oh apologies for the youtube plug. Someone posted it on the rival forum thought might as well In terms of whats on offer Lower weight some carbon fiber Twin Turbo Digital dash Updated Interior Near supercar level tuning options New shape although not everyone's taste More colour options For a fractional increase in price from current 370 new..id say due to lower investment for production......good thing its not a new car because that would be £45-£55,000 new...still could be tbh Depends different strokes whats deemed fun. It is a Gran Turismo type not an all out sports car. Although the Nismo is not bad around a track....its not as nimble as an MX5. Saving grace is the hydraulic steering system and analogue feel.
  9. Lol needs adjustment in terms of timing. Its almost like theres a lightweight flywheel involved. I tried adding some turbo sounds but seems a bit much for stock car so left it out.
  10. Ill be honest im not a fan of yellow....but if someone offered it to me. Id take it....No hesitation.. the 9G Auto version will be nuts. Hope the Torque figures are close to the M2 that would be good.
  11. Damn not bad....328 hp with supercharger would be nice
  12. most likely be another 370Z and GT in the interim. Ill try get to the midlands meet once i get another Z for sure. As much as I like the Nismo theyre not cheap... obviously if my numbers come through the new Z but like others its going to be a nice waiting game to see what the prices will be in Japan
  13. For as long as ive been on here Ive been listening to a new genre of music. I stumbled across it not sure how and theyve grown to over a million subscribers from a few thousand. Im a big fan of 80s music so a modern take on it was always interesting. Looking at the comments in many videos over the years people have said it reminded them of legit 80s bands. I have no affiliation with them but thought Id share it. I have a feeling they are UK based. They also did some car reviews. I think many of the songs over the years have suited cruising along in the Z and added to the atmosphere. Dont get me wrong it can be weeks before a hit pops up but its varied to suit different tastes. From pop to dark synth type. Also 80s type instrumentals and synthwave. One or two bands did leave over the years. Ive sometimes had to scroll 3-5 years back to see if i missed any hits. But heres a link to the channel and playlist with the car reviews. https://m.youtube.com/c/NewRetroWave/playlists https://m.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLyIFQr1wryPLuX70Euu-BGbkanF7nina1 https://m.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLyIFQr1wryPLCLGdJrcPOHHuOntEBy9my
  14. Thanks mate. Birmingham isnt close either. Thanks to all the people that attended from long distance. Shame many local Zs were not present. A lot of people are not on the forums.
  15. Was encouraging to hear lots of positive discussions about the ZP yesterday at Ace Cafe. A few more pics. The test car seems to have an extra bar on the grill so there might be a gloss black bar across the grill for the production car
  16. Head turner for sure. 1250kg is good.
  17. Typical London. Im local and I avoid lunchtime or sunshine traffic. Got carried away chatting didnt film enough but hey ho. Huawei always out of focus
  18. Welcome to the forums. I didnt have local Z buddies either and ive had 3. Still having good roads, bumping into other Zs "not literally" and getting down to meets makes up for it.
  19. So much for interior complaints about the 350 👀. When I get another Z ill fly down and do a video on the car maybe.
  20. Nice meeting you today sir, great to know youre not too far up in Amersham. Great colour and mods on the car. Was just about to upload a vid but waiting on a pic/vid of your car.
  21. £30-£36,000 I reckon...Looks great. Everyone likes different things I guess. Design is on point. Shame about the lack of power though. Barely quicker than an EP3
  22. Looks alright. The rear needs some work. Good job on the duck tail
  23. For me it was cheaper to get the discs and alloys skimmed by an engineer than spend hundreds on new discs and pads. Solved the problem for me
