For me personally it's the nicest wing on a 350z. Subtle and smooth and "just" goes with the 350. They should have come as standard imo, but I'm glad they didn't !!

Are they for a de engine Bradders ?. I'll take them off you at that price, mines will be going in for a service after the NC500 trip and will get the belt done too. Could get them off you when you come up for the trip in May

Japspeed decats with Toyosport system with resonator delete done on it. Not convince about the sound of it since i put the decats on it though but will leave it a while to see if i get to like it or not. It really loud WOT and maybe a bit too raspy to my liking but the tone off the exhaust changes all over the rev range so I'll give it some time to see if i like it or not and revert back to cats or get HFC's. Changing the Y pipe to a Stillen in the next couple of months so will wait till then to make up my mind.

Big and thanks to Chris for his uprev map works today. Top bloke and knows his cars. Skylines, Scooby's, SX's and Lotus' s all getting work done on them. Professional and friendly service.....10/10 from me.

No not really , transmission losses are a percentage , the resistance goes up with the horsepower you are moving the same mass yes but quicker and so take more effort Am I calculating correctly using the "15%" guide Rich ?

But different dynos give different readings, or so I've read. All pub talk figures anyways tbh. The only way to compare the two cars would be to do dyno runs back to back on the same dyno.

Cheers bud, was hoping for the 300 (aren't we all lol) but happy enough with that. Good thing was that the pre map readings were not far off from the remap readings, not a lot of gains made but that tells me my engine and associated bolt on mods prior to the remap are all good, nice to know I have a good heathy engine. Next stop a new exhaust I think.........then NoS kit lol

Had mine in today with Chris at Dynatune, top bloke it has to be said. Results below. According to some Web search info, I calculate it to be around 290bhp @ the fly. Didn't reach the magic 300bhp but it's close enough for me just now. Think a better exhaust is in the pipeline too as Chris reckons the Toyosports are a bit on the restrictive side. Might opt for a custom true dual later this year. Model: 05 DE gt with 70k on the clock Mods: plenum spacer, Flyboy air box, K & N panel filter, Berks intake pipe, Toyosports exhaust, Japspeed decat pipes and uprev map Dyno: Dynapack hub, done @ Dynatune, East Kilbride BHP: @ the Hub 252.623 Torque: 249.136 @ 6100 rpm

Hope you get it Bigj, they're great bits of kit, and you will see / feel the difference instantly. ......... slap it on s10 and go wheel spinning (traction control off obviously lol). The difference in throttle response is brilliant.

Can't say I noticed an increase in noise when I fitted mine, I do have a loud exhaust though. Do you have the standard air box or an after market air intake fitted ?.

Terraclean treatment carried out the other day and my decat pipes fitted this evening. ....... 2 sleeps till uprev. Feeling like a 6 year old on Christmas Eve !! :lol: :lol: Got my mechanic to do an emissions test on it and she bombed clean through except the H C's which should be put right with the remap. The terraclean obviously does what it says it does as the readings were much lower than at my last mot back in October with the cats on. Oh and the exhaust noise

Just curios as to why / how members come up with their forum nick name or handle. There's some really weird and funny ones as well just the normal names........ so how did you come up with yours ? Mines is simple Irn Bru is my favorite soft drink and the colour of my Zed.
