  1. Wouldn't get wet from rain? It's like fitting a bonnet with fake vents just so you get the look..... Each to their own though
  2. Would they fit in place of the glass? Sticking them over the glass seems a bit pointless :/
  3. Are they just stuck on top of the glass or did you replace the glass?
  4. She's were far too narrow for me. (6ft 3 and 36 waist) Ive got bimarco futuras now and they're amazing! Shoulder support and harness holes are higher so better for taller guys and extremely supportive. I'm on buddy club rails but it's all far too high for me so I'll be bolting mine to the floor soon
  5. Fantastic service from TarmacSportz on the Nismo lip! Arrived quickly and well packaged! New Nismo lip by ben taylor, on Flickr Now i Can start making a front splitter, taking inspiration from a Canadian Time Attack 'Michael Gardner'. 2015-11-26_11-50-55 by ben taylor, on Flickr My Circuit Sports droplinks are also in the country already and Ive paid the customs charges so should have them fitted soon.
  6. Cheers Bennett! it's certainly getting there. Lots still to do to get it to where I want it. Already been looking at diff's and final drives (probably go 4.08) but they're gonna have to be late next year now after I've paid for and settled into the new house
  7. That you dont! I just wish they were wider Limited to 255 tyres atm, I have however managed to get a set of 17's for wet tyres Lightweight wheel hoarder! Not much has happened with the car lately, lots of planning as im saving for a house deposit and 'should' be putting all my money into that. I did however buy these beauties from Ian, Cusco ARB's Cusco arb's by ben taylor, on Flickr Had a nightmare fitting them though. Seems the bolts/nuts/droplinks havent been touched since it left the factory and they were all siezed. Had to cut a nut off on one of the front arb brackets (not too much damage to the stud and got a new nut on it) and also had to cut off a rear droplink Take that! by ben taylor, on Flickr Despite the setbacks I managed to get both bars on, front on stock droplinks though theyre knackered and rear bar on the car with no droplinks. Sadly I didnt think ahead to buy the SPL droplinks off Ian and so have had to order a full set from circuit sports. Once they arrive I will be able to replace the front droplinks and actually connect up the rear bar. What did shock me was just how light the stock bar is! must be hollow. Which is a little annoying as the Cusco rear bar is quite a bit heavier Also on the way I have a Nismo V1 front lip. Once thats fitted I intend to build a proper front splitter and try to further reduce the z's chronic understeer when pushing on. The only other thing ongoing is that I am in the middle of building a kit to fit a larger throttle body to the stock plenum and wiring, to further help the engine breathe.
  8. It's only the lash that needs setting with shims. Anyone who fits diff's should be able to do it
  9. On harry Jackson advice I've gone with circuit sports. I was put off whiteline as it seemed like you'd have to replace the whole thing when they wore out. The circuit sports use rose joints readily available from mcgill motorsports for not a lot of money.
  10. I use them (as harry knows as we've discussed it) They're not that low though for me at 6ft3 I can't get in the car with a helmet on without sliding down the seat and hugging my knees up round the steering wheel
  11. Very handy legislation amd why i pay for holiday flights on cc and any deposits. Covers the whole cost of the holiday via cards insurance
  12. I might be wrong but i belueve if you made part payment for the car on credit card then the whole cost of thr car is covered by the cards insurance. If be ribging cc company about checking the above and then refusing the car and claiming money back via cc company
  13. I havent seen another in the village lol!
  14. Oh yeah lol Ibre read the advert a few times before asking as well! Lol
