Great day & nice meeting you all

Just finished mine.......I know it's nearly dark. Had some sort of albatross drop a bomb mid way through clean....was not impressed. Also had father in law as a spectator throughout. Then had hubby just say he was popping out for a spin in it to the local takeaway........grrrrrr Looks awesome though So, ready to start all over again tomorrow lol See you all tomorrow

I have only just seen the original thread I also work with a girl who owns a Zed and I resist talking to her as much as possible, in fact when I see her I close my eyes and hide under a chair as she's very scary There is another lady at work who has a Zed and I have never spoken to her. Now that's strong. I do have my wallpaper on my PC a picture of a Gal from Fast and Furious getting out of a Zed so I do have a weak spot A lot of girl/Zed links going on here. It's a conspiracy I say, the girls are taking over Linus27: Do you have a portfolio of girls who own Zeds? You have already admitted to a 'weak spot'. I hope you're not stalking this poor lady, she seems to have had a bad time on the forum already without you bothering her Kraziekatz1, I am disappointed, I was expecting a far ruder reply from you especially after how rude you were to me at work today You are becoming far too girly in your old age Sorry, really hate to disappoint.....but sensed a bit of tension in this thread. What's the crack with that quick detailer , when do you use it after wash, wax,resin polish ? Can anyone recommend a good detailer that I could get on the High street (i.e. Halfords)? don't have time to order online.

Ha...don't believe you. Bet you're one of these guys that plays it cool but whips a lint-free cloth out of your pocket everytime someone touches your paintwork

Exactly the same for me hence the plan for another clean tomorrow.....but the drive to CC in the rain will undo all my magic

Hey Guys, just wondered what your plans for preping Zeds for this upcoming Saturday meet are? I took advantage of the nice weather last weekend and gave mine a good clean. Have been driving it this week so most of the good work is undone already Was planing to take a sneaky bunk off work this Friday to clean again and then probably take a polishing cloth and shine for the stand but now worried about the 'rain' predicted for Saturday morning Then just took a quick look at some of the other car forums and it seems the Honda type Rs are planning to clean their cars again on the stand. Is that what the Zeds are doing? I don't really have the storage space for a full cleaning kit lol

Not sure I really want to admit to this one......but once upon a time I too reversed into a post. Naturally, it had to be in front of a large audience but made ever so slightly more embarrassing by the fact that I had very loud parking sensors which alerted my spectators to my impending doom but obviously not the eejit behind the wheel who couldn't hear over the way too much bass. Thought I was being really cool........Oh, the shame of it

The guys on Scoobynet said pretty much the same thing. Cut & shunt was mentioned. Apparently Hurst Cars are good, but I would prefer to buy privately if possible.
