  1. That shifter setup look beautiful!! Surprised you got out of 2nd gear on that karting track, good going. Any pictures of your mates red 350z?
  2. How mine sits now on -30mm Apex springs
  3. And yet weight isn't the defining characteristics for a GT car as 4 out the 10 'sports cars' in the below link weigh about the same or more than a Z....... Also power isn't a defining characteristics, as the below link shows cars with a very board power range to which the Z would feature in the middle. https://www.autocar.co.uk/car-news/best-cars/top-10-best-affordable-sports-cars
  4. Looks SUPER!!!!! Certainly knows his stuff
  5. oh sorry to hear that, I had shared the details on here but the thread wasn't approved so not made visible.
  6. She'll be sounding sweet then pal Found a great use for the free Ryobi gift I've had for months and months too - wheel dryer. Pic before the Drive-R Midlands Meet yesterday. https://streamable.com/bcln9f Plus a moody edit Gassed up ready
  7. Whizz twirl bang!!! Then later much to @valy delight we had some grub!!
  8. I can appreciate the work and love that's gone into modifying this car for sure. It's an import and this particular example is of a lesser spec than a UK car. Isn't my cuppa but definitely a head turner, it's a great colour.
  9. Cheers pal, but this wasn't mine for a change - Scott from @Drive-R arranged this one, his first ever meet and was chuffed with the support.
  10. Few pictures from today's Drive-R Midlands club meet. Really nice to be able to get the club together during this depressing time allowing folks to remember everyone's in the same boat and to remind us of our shared hobby we love so much. Weather was glorious and a few days prior myself Charles and Jamie arrange to link up to head over to the ore meet at Corley services. From there is was a couple junctions south in convoy with a handful of Zeds to the meet.
  11. All clean ready for the Midlands meet tomorrow
  12. Cheers fella, the mic on the GoPro does the sound no justice. Was a massive gamble but it sounds unreal
  13. Cheers pal, I think the Tein springs look great with the OE RAYS wheels however with aftermarket 19's -30mm gives it that mild stance look.
  14. For a while now had the idea to lower the suspension some more and now working from home, that thought seemed all the more appealing. Placed an order with Larkspeed for a set of Apex -30mm lowering springs (second company I went to as nowhere in the UK had stock) so these where built to order at the factory in Holland. Sits just about perfect now and the ride on the Apex progressive springs, is a tad more forgiving than the Tein fixed rate ones. Fitting was a breeze this time round using an impact gun. Rears done, on to the fronts and this gave the opportunity for a bit more treatment. How she sits now
  15. Snap!! cant put my finger on it, I mean the 350z stock can look dull in pictures but in the flesh looks amazing in my eyes.
  16. That particular front reminds me of the facelift RCZ, quite soft looking sadly.
  17. Oh baby!!! Check out the upgrade Look forward to your additions
  18. Being Lexus, no doubt it's got load of aero and sound deadening for wind and road noise which will also limit intake and exhaust tones - educated guess.
  19. Quiet the wrestling match still going on ay
  20. How fantastic it can be: The engine’s induction and exhaust soundtrack are channelled into the LFA’s cabin, so people on board can enjoy the experience as much as those on the outside. https://media.lexus.co.uk/2009/12/sounds-spectacular/ Neo - nice link
  21. How can I word this................... this part of the test I didn't see however emissions passed being very clean.
  22. Couple of pictures from the Wheels On Wednesday event, why do cars always look better parked on grass
  23. With the title stating 'style' I would guess no
