  1. I saw what you did there....
  2. When looking to buy an exhaust, an of the shelf header I'd recommend all day long compared to a custom made one. The header is very important and tough part to get right when looking to upgrade, length of runners, distance to step, full merge, firing order to consider. As for the cat back, a custom exhaust builder can just copy the design of a Nismo, ark or whatever you want, it's just piping, silencers and flanges.
  3. Yeah happy I have one now as the Zed is a second car, so makes sense. Bought from eBay and i wouldn't be without it, gives just that touch more leverage and makes shifting a breeze. Had one fitted to the Zed for years now and with my last car, no issues. The one in the OP was an old 4" one, I've gone down to a 3" now. Plus it looks cool
  4. I like how currently a failed tpms valve can fail you on the MOT, huff.
  5. I'm not sure, I've read that flywheels can be incorrectly aligned/fitted which can cause issues. Someone will be along shortly with help and advise
  6. Eye witness: Officer i saw everything, they were driving along allowing for the conditions then just came of the road but I'm not sure why.... Officer: See lad the car had tyres at 3mm, poor folks didn't stand a chance. Only a matter of time before this would of happen.
  7. Love your track videos, good safe driving too unlike me at times..
  8. I ran Michelins on the front and Nexens on the rear of mine for 2yrs (came like this when I bought it) absolutely no issues, just drive according to conditions. Same folks that say you must have four matching tyres, would have you change your tyres at 3mm regardless. Not even Michelin themselves say buy new at 3mm.
  9. Took advantage of the eBay sale day and picked up this year's service kit and a pair of MPS4 to replace my MPS3. Having taken the car out on track, both a boiling hot day (Japfest 2 Rockingham) and torrential rain (PHSS Silverstone) I really felt I could lean on the PS3's with confidence and abuse the front end at least in the dry. Cant wait to swap them out for the new rubbers, however will wait until later in the year as the old ones are still on 3mm. Shoppers faces when I came out of Argos with tyres
  10. Nothing but love for a Pulsar GTi-R, however in standard forum they're tame in this day & age.

  12. From what I gather, nowt can be adjusted on the rear of a standard 350z. No point paying for "4 wheel alignment" if only the front axle can be adjusted, is my thinking. I think the rears are hooked up on the machine purely as a point of chassis reference to the front, showing thrust angle.
  13. What adjustment can be done for the rear of a standard 350z?
  14. My favourite hyper hatch of them all, beast of a car!!!
  15. Fitting coilovers is easier than fitting lowering springs, it's literally suspension part off new suspension part on. Prior to that is setting preload which can be done indoors in the warm, then once fitted the ride height adjustment which can take longer than the installation itself. What spring rate did you go for?
  16. Nice little additions, only the best from Nengun. This next for 2018?..... https://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/Nissan-Nismo-Side-Stripe-Set-350z-GTR-Skyline-S14-Car-Decal-Graphic/152211725685?epid=1380936807&hash=item2370869d75:g:38gAAOSw-itXtx35

  19. Upgrade for our UK 350z https://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/Nissan-350Z-O-S-O-S-driver-window-switch-A1836/222787977832?hash=item33df32c268:g:glYAAOSwIspaV4TJ
  20. Shocking news and just the worst turn of events/timing. Are we all just hear to live, work, buy, sell and die........ hopefully not ay. He would want you both to eat, sleep when need be and not worry too much. Yes easier said than done I'm sure. Be strong and do what can be done for his left ones as I'm sure you'll do. What we think is important day to day, really isn't if you step back for a moment and think what you have and not what items you haven't.
  21. Rotten luck pal, sorry to hear this *stick your name down for the midlands meet next month
