  1. Cheers Dave I find it a shame that garages dont check tyre pressures prior to carrying out wheel alignment, its poor practice and clearly the implications are adverse. Its not your fault the garage didnt do a correct job, however it did take you a long time via the forum to take advise on what to do about it - two lessons to be learnt going forward.
  2. Mega!!!! Great update and slayed the Ring again. Bus tour sound boring but, beyond beneficial no doubt. You should be proud of what you've created. Sounds like you were out in some Nikki conditions on lapping THAT track in a powerful RWD, brave boy!!!
  3. Sorry to hear this, rough luck. The wheel somehow must have took the brunt of the force as I'd have expected to see the bumper on the floor before the steering (dry) moved that much. Good about the clutch at least for now.
  4. Looks mega and even better in the flesh!!
  5. Fair few dealer groups now use CitNow, can't remember if WestWay do.
  6. Doesn't really matter when it's a warranty repair, but it's the delays that are the issue at the moment I'd say.
  7. If it was me, I'd get the part number of the seal (I should have done that) and see if somewhere like Clark Motorsport has one as it may share with another gearbox but have the same part number. Buy it and have it delivered to them, can't see it costing much at all.
  8. Its not a problem, Jess in service just now advise a gearbox seal is on back order etd 6 weeks. Clutch not being replaced, only the clutch bearing.
  9. If the car passes emissions and youre happy with the sound, I would leave them until they become an issue.
  10. Ello n welkom - that looks nice, stick around
  11. Absolutely fine, it's an OE part so is made to last. Few scraps on the underside, but of course nothing visual from a walk round. Just adds that touch extra, while not looking aftermarket.
  12. If anyone is up for the task of a shakedown on unknown tyres if Martin Dry setup what tyres pressures are recommended for RWD? Good move on the pads too, Silverstones BIG stops saw them off.
  13. That looks real nice, with a cheeky carbon touch too.
  14. What controls the brake bias in the 350z? Where ever it is, I'd be looking there. Glen you're balddy lucky not to be seriously hurt, then where will I get my cleaning gear from huh?

    My Fairlady

Like that pal!! Nice DC2 additions. Will give the channel a look see too, all UK 350z content is GOLD imo
  16. I would as first action look up and carry out a throttle position and idle control resets *warm engine
  17. Hold my hands up, my mistake I was looking at 13' not 12'. Colin makes a good point above, about the cars ability over the rest of the field.

    Tyre Lettering

    Show car, yes imo
  19. Sorry I meant since leaving McLaren
  20. Checking they won 3 races, 9 podiums and came second in the championship.....
  21. Id like to have seen him go to a team that struggles to even get a single win during a season, the way Michael did going to Ferrari in 96'
