Fair few folks run that low so should be fine driving wise, main issue will be clearance over speed bumps and uneven road surfaces.

Will depend on the wheel offset, you'll have issues with anything lower than et18 I would imagine. Fronts shouldn't cause an issue as the arches are rolled from factory.
