Well this arrived today from Kta so I fitted it and carbon wrapped the surround !

Not exactly MY spare set ..... I "borrowed" them from another member on here and I'll give him mine when fitted Grundy225 the handles go surprisingly easy , the other bits your doing look trickier to me! I ended up useing an enamel engine cover and frame paint that I've used for years when building motorbikes. It's super tough and you get a lovely deep gloss.

Or there would be less of them on the road now and more in the ditch

Well I couldn't wait for grundy225 to get some pictures up of his door handles so today I have sprayed a spare set ready to go on my zed . Just need a cut and polish.

Looks a lot like a bike engine

Looking at that you will be able to get a spanner on it, just be careful to support the base so you don't twist the bit that joins to the bodywork.
