  1. Is there one word to describe that car? Nope, it hasn't been written yet, maybe the new word will be peeone, the only word that can describe itself?
  2. Whether the review is right or wrong is a matter of opinion and perspective I think. As has been said , it's what you think that matters. I spent months thinking of what car to buy, and as average joe I thought about the cayman, boxster, TT, mazdas etc etc, but not one did it for me in either the looks or individuality arena.....then I stumbled on the 370z which had never entered my mind. I've since bought a 2year old GT with 5k miles on for £20k. Tbh I just love the looks and the feel of the thing, the pace and grunt of the thing is secondary. I for one know I've made the right choice.......for me that is
  3. Thanks all.....great forum. I've found it very useful and full of good advice.
  4. Thank again all - I'm located just north of Derby near the Pak District. Hopefully the photos work: The 370z GT (61 plate) XR3i just sold: XR2 pictured at Carfest North 2013: Marlin Roadster in storage (undergoing restoration (doors are off in the photo): The wife's daily:
  5. Thanks everyone, what a great welcome, I'll get some pics up of the 'fleet' Atb. Jon
  6. Hi my name is Jon Eades and after having some good success with ppi claims have decided to swap one of the car collection out and add in a proper car for weekend summer use. I've just purchased a 2011 (61) plate 370z GT with sat nav, suede and leather heated seats and door panels, manual, 19" alloys, grey metallic in colour, you know the usual spec. The car is unmodified and only covered 5200 miles with full history - bought via a main vw dealersip. I got the car for a great price, insurance is amazing at £216. I'm a regular classic car scene guy, running the. Ford XR owners club merchandising. Other cars: Xr3i cabriolet - sold today Mk2 xr2 with fsh and 27k miles from new - show car Marlin roadster build by myself and the stepfather back in 1987-1989 Vw passat (company car) Fiesta st (2013 spec) - wife's car Looking forward to some decent weather now.
