  1. For 10,000 miles per year I'd get a petrol, and probably a Golf R for that much per month
  2. I cant help but feel that since its so close ie 4% difference between the campaigns will there be any real winner when both sides can only claim have half the populations support
  3. Interesting thing on breakfast telly this morning that 54% of Italians want a referendum and 48% want to leave the EU , there are fears that a leave vote in the UK will force the issue elsewhere
  4. I'd steer away from Wonder Wheels personally but i hear it isnt as harsh as it used to be Iron x or Envy's Iron awe will help , coupled with some decent wheel cleaner like Espuma, Bilberry or Envy's one (http://www.envyvaleting.co.uk/products-info.asp?id=358 ) My mum has a Fabia with white alloys and they are a pain but protection is the key . I'd do , Iron Awe, then wheel cleaner , then repeat , then wash with shampoo , clay the tough bits , finally polish and then seal
  5. He said he liked the gt86 , hence the celica suggestion, similar engine characteristics
  6. Celica http://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201604012535265?searchcontext=default&search-target=usedcars&model=celica&radius=1500&onesearchad=new%2Cnearlynew%2Cused&postcode=rg208tx&make=toyota&page=1&sort=pricedesc&logcode=p
  7. I've been invited by one of the guys from Newera to vist the things he thinks are cool in Tokyo , we have some guided tours planned as well one in Kyoto around the Geisha houses and even have a morning booked making Sushi and Tempura with some japanses housewives , cant wait
  8. I was watching them on ebay and was tempted with a cheeky bid Out of interest what seats have you changed to ?
  9. EVs also dont have to any fuel duty, not unless they tax electricity which will put up prices for everything. 1/4 of the miles i did last year also count at buissness miles, and HMRC pay 45p per mile even for EVs. If i did more buissness miles HMRC would end up paying 100% of the running costs!!! Infact am sure people are making money from HMRC by using EVs to do big miles, its not uncommon to see 1year old Tesla's been sold with 15K on the clock. EVs only maks up 4% of new car sales at present but when the fleet market catches on to the potential savings the treasury will have to re-write the rule book. You pay 5% on electricty if you charge at home
  10. If we go past 15 there might be a wait to supply them as we are selling kits we have in stock at the moment We will offer another GB in a few weeks though when we get some more .
  11. I'm saving hard , its going to be a race if i can get there before retirement at this rate though !
  12. We usually turn them off if the car has decats or hfc's there is no need to if the stock cats fitted
  13. Its the post cat sensors that are switched off, the pre cat ones are still used .
  14. On some cars with some hfc it works and others it doesnt

  19. There are a lot of imported arms from China doing the rounds , we have seen some failures of these and often the stock or aftermarket bushes wont fit meaning you need to bin the whole arm when they do go so I wouldnt discount that as a culprit. Need to put it on a ramp really to diagnose it properly
  20. We have the denso 22 (hr) and denso 24 (370z) plugs in stock , via the shop

  22. Pretty sure any performance mod on the zed needs a remap otherwise the ecu just reigns it back to stock hp Is this true??? Will I see any gains without a remap?? If the answer is yes then please put me down for one also. You will see gains ,, we did one on Friday and it made about 7hp pre - post spacer but the car had already been mapped so it wasnt really a fair comparison
  23. If they are DBA it might be worth dropping Clark Motorsport a line
