  1. Always hate how bikes are free. Same with the Severn bridge. They still use it so why do they get away with not paying?!.
  2. If you scroll down the page on that Amazon advert it states; Technical Details Car Ramps Black Length 90cm Height: 17cm Width: 30cm
  3. Good riding skills. My mate in work will love that as he's really in to his mountain biking. Used to work for Fox UK and has about six bikes probably worth in excess of £17k altogether. Showing him that Monday.
  4. I don't do it all the time but I find it's a relaxing & enjoyable way to pass some time occasionally. Because I'm a bit of a perfectionist and possibly have ocd as well I find making a 1:24th scale model though can take me weeks. Have a go at that GTR if you can flexib, just take your time & I'm sure you'll enjoy the results.
  5. Some plastics don't react well with certain paints Gudzy so try and test it first if you can. I generally always use Tamiya colour "for plastics" spray paint can's but they are expensive for the measly amount of paint in each can.
  6. Repost Harryjax as I saw this a day or so ago from another member. Even so, worth another watch.
  7. Thanks for the info ilogikal1. I'm really just getting in to real detailing products despite my first real job at 16 as a car valet. Always looked after my cars ~ two bucket method for washes, full waxes etc every week, ...but only now since reading some of the car detailing threads on here has my garage detailing supplies increased but I'm still really finding out what works best for me. I use "Turtle Wax Ice synthetic wax" which tbh is the best I've ever used so I'd want to use C2 in conjunction with that probably if I did use it.
  8. Just wondering if anyone else on here shared in this interest with me?. I've built lot's of scale models/rc models over the years from cars to guns and really enjoy making them as detailed as I can. One of my favourite scales to build in is 1:24th and this is what I tend to do my vehicles in so that I can get an idea of there size relative to each other. Thanks to Ikea I also have a nice glass door display case which helps keep the dust off them as I never play with them, honest. As some on here will know it was my birthday last month and my Mrs bought me a 1:24th scale Tamiya Nissan 350Z "Track" car model. I haven't started building it yet but from looking at it the detail is pretty good and I always deviate from the instructions anyway to add more realism. I've also managed to find a pretty good paint match to my real Zed for my model so I'm going to try and replicate my actual car. The paint I've bought is "TS-42 Tamiya Light Gun Metal" which looks pretty similar to my Zeds Nissan paint job. Should look something like this when I'm done but hopefully better. Any other modellers out there? Pictures of your builds very welcome.
  9. ^^ Worth it. I'm currently in negotiations with the king of Nigeria for two billion Naira.
  10. Pictures of said Russian girl please so we can tell whether it's worth being scammed.
  11. I love it when other people experiment with products so I don't have too and I get an honest unbiased opinion from them but I'm not too up to date on all the available products so have to say some of that went over my head. Be kind please ilogikal1 but a few questions; What's LSP? also what's Cherry Glaze? ...is it a type of wax?. Just wondering as well if I was to use C2 would I wax my car then apply as a top coat or use C2, then wax over the top? Sorry for what are probably pretty newbie type questions to you.
  12. Welcome aboard. Hope you enjoy your Zed when you eventually get behind the wheel. I'm sure it will be a long week for you.
  13. Welcome aboard. I think with owning a paint shop you'll have no problems making friends on here.
  14. +1. One of them was claiming to be from FedEx and was very believable. Bl**dy scammers & hackers.
  15. Very good. Seen a few guy's who are good at this.
  16. I'd go for a programmable exercise bike if your budget can stretch to it. I used to use one at my local gym years ago which was really good but probably mega expensive. As it would actually tilt & move as the resistance increased so you actually felt like you where going up & down hills. This one sound's ok but there are cheaper models out there that do pretty much the same thing. http://www.powerhouse-fitness.co.uk/nordictrack-gx3-0-upright-cycle.php?utm_source=google&utm_medium=Product%2BSearch&utm_campaign=Google%2BProduct%2BSearch&gclid=CIyr-8GOxroCFXCWtAodujcAbA
  17. From eBay; http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/TVR-Tasmin-280i-350i-S1-S2-S3-Griffith-Chimaera-Hood-Soft-Rag-Top-Roof-NEW-/251348204981?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item3a85853db5 Bit expensive though so maybe cheaper options?
  18. Could be worse. Driving once in my old WRX when another Subaru came from the opposite direction. They flashed and as it got closer I flashed back & waved too only to see the fittest blond girl driving it and waving back. That was an awkward conversation with my Mrs; "How do you know her then?!!!" "I don't it's just she's driving the same car too, honest". Lol.
  19. Did you keep it in VTEC? You really need to rev the t*ts off them to get the best from them.
  20. Spoiler is far too over the top for my tastes and the riveted on wheel arches just look naff but each to there own & all that. Looks good from the front though & nicely shot video.
