  1. People who drive around with front fog lights on when it's not foggy need some sort of punishment. Not sure what's appropriate though, ....dazzling them with headlights does sound fun though, although the PC brigade would never allow that here.
  2. That's exactly what I did. Look much better than the standard orange bulbs and work pretty much just as good. The only thing that lets them down a little is that in day light they are a bit dimmer than the standard orange bulbs but still pass the MOT and are visible enough. 3. What's the difference between your pay cheque and your c**k? Guaranteed your Mrs will always blow your pay cheque.
  4. Welcome aboard Cookie. Lot's of great traders on here to suit all types of budgets for exhausts & all sorts. CS above, Tarmac Sportz, Clark Motorsport, Horsham Developments etc etc.
  5. From what I could see of that brace on eBay there was one seller selling it at £129 and two others at £160 odd so if you've paid £129 for it I'd just wait for that seller to restock as £160 odd seems a bit steep to me. Regarding the bolts it's your money so up to you but I wouldn't bother. If you've time once you remove the original bolts they will polish up nicely if you get a Dremel with a wire brush on them followed by some elbow grease/various grades of wet & dry plus some metal polish. Then just lacquer over the heads to try & keep them looking that way is what I'd do.
  6. Look's great Ceejay ~ sure Ekona's suggestion will help sort the problem. Hope so.
  7. Looks like it should run well. What are you guys going to be running it in then? Just track day type stuff or are you going to get it in some type of proper racing events?
  8. That's ok and yeah I wasn't sure if there would be a difference between the year models. Might also be worth a PM to Clark Motorsport as they have more than one 350 that they're breaking; http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/87071-breaking350zs-all-parts-available-cms/ Good luck.
  9. Welcome aboard. Some of the issues you've probably been reading about on the pre 05's have almost certainly been sorted by previous owners. Like tyre feathering/clicky axles etc. Good luck with the Zed hunt and if you do get one and decide to take pictures of it to share, ...try and fit the whole car in the frame shot.
  10. Fyi ~ DMF stands for Dual Mass Flywheel.
  11. Some people say it is best to stick with the OEM airboxes with uprated panel filters for performance but the difference between them and a good intake system with a heat shroud is probably only marginal.
  12. Fingers crossed that this darn pulley doesn't take too long to arrive as you deserve to be enjoying the car by now Ian.
  13. Did you get paid to do that? Best fookin' job ever if you did.
  14. Did you try zmanalex as Mudman suggested? he's usually the best bet for used parts. If no joy then try these two, ...Shades RS and R35LEE as both are breaking 350's. 15. Good luck JunZ and very interested to hear how it all goes with the viewing/purchase.
  16. All good to go as I said Ian but won't be fitting till October. Don't mind the wait though as it will be worth it in the end.
  17. Welcome aboard Steve. Bet you can't wait for your new Zed to arrive ~ post some pics if you can after you get it.
  18. ^^ Exactly Will. Search eBay for these type of things and it's pretty hard to find a better price.
  19. Sad but it's probably for the best. Hopefully it's just an easily solved issue once the new pulley arrives. One thing I was thinking about, ...did you buy the AAM basic fuel return system for yours? I know I did, cmck13 and Chris did. One of the elbow connectors was the wrong thread on one end so Tarmac Chris got us all replacements from AAM. If you had fitted this kit with the original supplied elbow then I'm certain it would cause a fuel leak, ...but not sure if it would have even gone together? Just a thought. Got my belt today from that US eBay seller btw. Officially every part I need "pretty much" in my possession now.
  20. Replied to your other identical thread with some help. Link: http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/89119-part-number-information-washer-bottle-clips/ Hope it helps.
