Just means to set piles of concrete blocks out near the walls - not to close so they can't lay them, but not to far that as it slows progress - we had 10 pallets delivered, but the lorry can't fit down the side of the house so he drops them in the front garden and we get to "bump" them round the back - it's even more fun when we get a scaffold and have to lift them 6 foot in the air Don't tell Wasso but I have another lorry load coming on Friday that needs "bumping out" As long as it's not a euphemism!!!
