  2. Netti, you know of course this means that you are now my Blues Sister!! Lost a Brother, gained a Sister, not bad as I couldn't even make it as I had to work!! Really please for you
  3. So is that just for wet tyres?
  4. I was, and only took her off the market last week. I've discovered that I've a bit more equity in the house than I thought (never was any good at maths) so the need to sell to fund the house move has pretty much disappeared overnight. I'm also very much aware that I've now had her for almost three years, which is the longest I've ever kept a car and I've not really seen anything 'better' that has caught my eye. I don't want to jinx things, but I may have found a keeper at last! A Zed may still be inbound to the household though later this year, watch this space Anyhoo, just at the hotel in Caen now uploading the vids & pics from today. Update soon! Bout time you had a proper car again Nice pix mate, if they were of a Zed they'd be calendar contenders, oh well you can't have it all Safe journey home
  5. Oh mate, poor Suzy, I am absolutely devastated for you, bunch of low life scum, Dan is right there HAS to be some way these @*!# bags don't get away with this stuff anymore, the only good thing is that it's happened now. Love and hugs mate
  6. I wondered when it was Jay, have a great day the pair of you, Joy and iI wish both all the best and much much happiness together. , oh and keep Neil away from the piano
  7. What is? Thread has totally derailed from what the OP asked? The handbrake adjustment procedure, I for one didn't know and although it is slightly off topic I wouldn't say it has been totally derailed as it's useful information that evolved because of the original question asked.
  8. There you go, sorted!! i love this place
  9. Remind us all never to go on a road trip with you Dan, snow, fog, torrential rain, if i believed in all that stuff I'd say someone's trying to tell you somthing
  10. Yes but yours is a garage queen not a daily Mine used to do 75+ miles a day in all weathers including snow Yeah I think some are better than others, Darren B adjusted mine when hd did my brake discs and he knows his stuff, also Abbey did mine once and both times it was crap again very quickly User error, clearly
  11. Could be fuel regulator:- http://www.350z-uk.com/topic/68483-engine-ticking/page__hl__%2Bticking+%2Bfuel+%2Bregulator There are two, the one shown in this link and another at the rear of the engine behind the throttle body, there is a Nissan TSB out for it but I can't find it just now.
  12. Yeah I know its odd. If you look around online it seems a very common complaint. Something about the size od the handbrake shoes (and the drum) being simply too small for the size and weight of the Zed. It has mildly improved since fitting new shoes, but I still have to pretend im iron-man when using it on a slope. Ha ha, i was aware of the problem that's why I got it looked at :)as Chris I says it's down to adjustment.
  13. That's odd cs, had mine sorted at Abbey over a year ago and it's still very good
  14. You just couldn't let it lie could you?
  15. Makes you realise the carp "speed" we had to put up with until today
  16. It rolls to the centre of the car park with the car in 1st gear and the handbrake off?
  17. Well they've been, the engineer was as quick as the new fibre broadband, arrived at 0815 and all done by 0840!! And a speed bonus to the figures quoted:- 37.17 download and 8.73 upload Happy days
  18. Correct Mr Roper @invame, I should think about another MOT place if I were you.
