  1. 03 plate, import, lowered, black wheels (Rotas?). Very nice condition for an 11 year old car.
  2. 0-60 took me from 1953 to 2013 - that would be an average speed of 0.00000008266631mph*. Some of you may be able to calculate my current age. *that's based on me being in my current 370z, assuming I travelled 230ft, which I think is about the distance it covers when going from 0-60, but in my case, it took me 525,040 hours to get to 60 (just like everyone else). Unless I'm very much mistaken...
  3. I think there's going to be a bit of a run on the sales of 370z's at Aldi over the next few days... CLICK HERE ...shame about the colour
  4. It's been for sale for 2 weeks now. The guy who owns it is really nice - chatted to him on the phone. If you go to their website you can see it was originally wrapped in bright kawasaki-type green. I was interested in it for a few days, but decided I couldn't live with it. It's one of those marmite cars, don't you think? Like the wheels.
  5. I know someone who is going to the West Coast of the USA shortly (Seattle & San Francisco). They have very kindly agreed to allow me a little suitcase-space if I need to buy some USAZ bargains. I'd appreciate any recommendations from the collective wisdom here. Although I have a 370, any general Z stuff would also be considered.
  6. ...and what about INSECT POO? What on earth makes them think it's ok to land on your roof and do a dump ffs? and splat themselves against your windscreen, spreading their poo everywhere. Little naughties.
  7. Sympathies with you Sarah - those people have a similarly ignorant attitude to cyclists too.
  8. Thanks mate - excellent viewing.
  9. This cr@p thread has gone international.
  10. Had mine done today too - at blackboots in Chesham (£114) - they did a very good job and the car feels absolutely planted now, whereas it had a definite skittishness before.
  11. Every day is a school day I thought mighty oaks grew from acorns - just goes to show You're not wrong - but there's absolutely nothing a beautiful, perfect, tiny little acorn loves more than sitting in a big pile of horse sh!t - hence the phrase, "That acorn's full of sh!t." While we're on the subject, do bears actually sh!t in the woods, or not?
  12. I've had enough of this discussion - it's just cr@p.
  13. I like this thread. It's what computers & the internet were made for. ...Isn't it? From a small pile of horse @*!# mighty oaks do grow.
  14. Your the second person to say that to me! Thanks. Don't tell me, the first person then fell unconscious, an ambulance was called, he was rushed to hospital and his stomach was pumped. This undoubtedly saved his life.
  15. Blimey! What are you like when you ARE taking a subject seriously, ffs?
  16. Motul smells good enough to drink - but don't try it.
  17. You seem to be a very sensible fellow Stuarty.
  18. I'll get them re-done for you then. Man ! You're so selfish doing what YOU want to you're car, what the hell were you thinking ! Sorry - promise it won't happen again - I'll make sure I check before doing anything in future.
  19. I'll get them re-done for you then.
  20. Pics of the 370 please. So wanted one of these but the write ups were mixed. Makes sense that they should be a better car as Nissan always go the extra mile. Think they are all great cars in their own way though. As you asked so nicely... Before the wheel refurb... After the wheel refurb... Thank you...
  21. What a shiny car! I don't know how long you've had it for, but I can see it's the same variant as my old '56 plate (a MY06). Some of these burned oil rapidly, so if you're a new owner keep checking the dipstick regularly - once per weekl. People who failed to check their oil sometimes found themselves with a blown up engine (expensive repair).
  22. Don't worry about the horse dung. In a couple of months time, when you've voted for independence, you'll be able to make a nice new Horse Fouling (Scotland) Act 2014. The problem for you personally is that police horses will most likely be exempt. In the meantime if there's so much of it, just collect it & sell it - surprised you haven't thought of that one already
  23. Three - in 2004 (gunmetal 53 plate), in 2006 (black 56 plate) and my lovely silver '10 plate 370z in 2011. I must say the 370z is light years ahead of the 350's in terms of creature comforts and it's significantly more powerful from stock than my either my 276bhp or my 296bhp 350's were. Fingers crossed that there is a 4-pot turbo Z replacement just around the corner - then it will be four. ...and a big part of me would love a 240z, 280 z or 300zx.
  24. Personally, I like to put it on my strawberries. I prefer some cream on mine but each to their own..... The old ones are the best!!!
