Whereabouts are you then, mate? ...and got any pics for us? Do you really mean 'no thanks for the welcome'? and if so, why? It looks to me like everyone has said welcome.

Your wife is right - aren't they always? - the Z is just a total peasure to drive and the exhaust note is beautiful. Here's hoping you don't kerb it.

This is appalling treatment in both cases. It's such a shame that the AA is no longer what it used to be - times have changed, the AA has changed and the motorist no longer appears to be central to their concerns.

Yes - so sorry about the sad news Pete. Sounds like she was a lovely puss. Brings back memories of our rescue cat - part of her remained very wild, but she was lovely nonetheless. I pre-date the forum too! I was born in '89 and I don't think the forum was started until at least 2002/03 started offline in december 2005 Aaah yes -I remember it well. As someone who has re-emerged after several years, let me tell you that this forum has become an excellent place - but you probably know that already. It's a credit to those people who stuck with it and built it. Well done you people.

No I have a GT - just my wheels are nismo LMGT4's, hence the sig pic. Actually, I've had the car for a couple of years now (it's done about 23k miles) and the exhaust note seems to be loosening up a bit - just like the 350z's used to (but the 350's were starting from a much better sound in the first place, of course). These days I can definitely get a tiny little growl out of it if I try hard enough. Maybe it's rusting through already
