  1. Using something like the dart tag to automatically recognise your car this could ensure a. You put the correct fuel in, b. Payment/invoicing could be sorted without need to enter kiosk ( like pay at pump only more sophisticated) this could be really useful for fleet purchases and would instantly feed back to fleet managers. And individuals could link it to credit/ debit card, this would encourage continued use of same franchise and if you want to make it more attractive the tag could also disable pump and send alert if car were reported as stolen - you can add so much functionality... Rewards need to be more like necter which can be collected in a variety of storescand spent on things people actually want and need

  5. With everything you have done "under the bonnet" it's hard to belive how "normal" it looks. This is going to be awsome to see in action and can't wait to see the finished article. When you are done building it don't forget to post up where you will be drifting it so we can came and support you.
  6. +2 for CS. The only place I would take my zed, Mitz will take care of you and very fair.
  7. Sarah, there are quite a few silver zeds full stop. Just wondered if it was someone on here, it's always good to hook up with other local zed owners and i'm only in Hilton but you are right, there are at least three other zeds in Hilton alone and none are on here!

  11. Hi and welcome faye, As you are in Leicester you should look up Mitz at CS for spares and advice, he's a trusted and honest trader. One thing I noticed your intro has more views than the forum rules page-says a lot
  12. Good luck, this is a big step but generally well worth it, negative equity is generally only a problem if you have to sell at the wrong time. But do make sure you can afford payments WHEN the interest rates start rising. I hope we never see rates in double digits again - it hurts. Regarding shared equity, i understand they can be much harder to sell, i dont think the actual monthly cost is to bad after all you bear all the maintenance costs and most schemes i have seen have been run by housing associations in an effort to keep affordability. Do think about ultimately selling particularly with shared ownership and get some professional advice
  13. Ekona, you do know it's frowned upon these days to spank children- even red haired step children but totally agree, even if you hire a basic car it's going to get thrashed, what chance a sports car?
  14. As I will have my other half riding shotgun and I'm new to this I guess I want to enjoy a "slow" scenic drive. I am sure i will be happy with any group you put me in, after all i am sure no one ever gets lost
  15. Smc, I've done exactly the same with mine, initially had probs with mirror link but that turned out to be my usb lead. Once changed link works fine, steering wheel controls work fine with correct lead from incartec. Going to add reversing camera, just looking into specs.
  16. Hopefully she will go ahead with the abortion and save the unborn child the shame of being raised by someone like this who doesn't want or deserve children, and then the big brother team wake up to the awful message this sends and refuse to change their minds thus condemning her to a life of mediocrity "servicing" footballers and sugeons, who one would assume both need glasses.
  17. Hello and welcome, just to echo others car looks stunning in red and only 23k on the clock! Not modding wont last for long, it never does on here.
  18. Hi and welcome, Have a look at the upcoming Wales meet, not to far from you and one or two have dropped out so may be an opportunity to meet up with other zed owners. Careful though zeditis is highly contagious and lots of attenees have it real bad

  20. That 240z looks fab, well restored, this was my favourite car when I was younger, always preferred it to the 280z , it's what got me looking for my 350z last year. Showing my age a little!
  21. Plenty of Scottish zed owners on here, perhaps they could suggest route and stop offs etc then set a date and see who's up for it. Then on the back of that look into a luxembourg trip.
  22. Grundy, just noticed you are going to ace cafe this sat, I will try to catch up with you there.
