Without a doubt the zed still looks amazing considering its age. The Astra is just an Astra at the end of the day. I'm not mocking vauxhall in anyway as I still think they make a good car (and I have had a few as previous cars) I do not believe it would get the attention a zed gets on a day to day basis Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I got caught up with a new shape focus st with mountune stickers all over it the other day. Obviously had some sort of work done as the exhaust wasn't standard and it was giving the odd puff of black smoke when he was on wot. We had a bit of a play on some private roads. I was surprised at how quick it was out of roundabouts (2nd gear) but after that it was clear the zed had the legs on it. I don't no what power it was but the mountune must have meant something. Very true. Even though my zed is my daily, I still try to keep her mint. Parking away from everyone else in car parks to avoid door dents. Come out to find some idiot has parked next to me and opened the door onto my zed and scratched it! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yeah that's what I was thinking, I just didn't want to jump into getting a custom one made if it potentially could upset the pressures and lose bhp. I'm not really up to speed on na exhausts as my previous cars were turbo. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Evening everyone, been thinking about getting a new cat back exhaust for my hr zed now for the last couple of months. Have been looking at the likes of milltek etc, but today went to a custom exhaust shop to get some ideas, they recommended new y pipe going into a 3 inch bore size pipe. I've been speaking to a few people which have said that is too big for the power of the car and can actually reduce bhp if too much back pressure is lost... What are your thoughts on this? The reason I was looking into custom exhausts is that the company who make these give a lifetime guarantee and have very good reviews from word of mouth and online.
