My heat shields were rattling so I removed them entirely and it passed an MOT so as long as the cats are fine then it shouldn't be a problem!

I signed that petition and I don't care, it was for my own selfish reason which is I absolutely love Clarkson and would be sad to see him disappear and the end of Top Gear.

Top gear would be boring without Clarkson, they lose him they lose the lot. I'm gutted as I absolutely love him, hopefully it's not too serious.

If you aren't replacing the cats for HFC or decats then it won't throw up any EML and you don't really NEED a remap, I would wait until you have done all the other breather mods then get the remap.

SP7 and SP9 are probably the same anyway, just one has more intermediate settings. You're probably right, can't see them being much different.

Unless I can find the other for cheap That's what she 'Zed' :-/ The older one came up for sale from a member on here for £40 so I got that, don't mind not having the newest one at that price but I'd definitely recommend getting one!

Got my annual trip to the Nurburgring in May, cannot wait! Fourth year on the trot now, this'll be the second time in the Zed.

The rectangle one only goes up to SP7 and the square one (newer one) goes up to SP9.

more taxable items I am not a drug user as such first off (smoker), barely even drink alcohol, making drugs legal makes a huge amount of sense to me, tax them to death imho, we all have to pay for the privilege of a gallon on fuel, pint of beer/glass of wine, pack of tabs, so why not make some money off drug users?? I wouldnt go out and start doing mdma, trips, coke etc just because its made legal, if your going to do drugs, the illegality makes no difference, probably makes it more exciting and "cool", Tax em is what i say!!!!! Looks boring, just another hatchback. No doubt it'll be rapid but they've gone backwards with design, the mk2 was stunning!

I test drove my zed at Tradelink before buying it, no problems at all.

I have my K1 decatted, if you're driving late at night your neighbours will hate you (this is when I use my bungs!), but otherwise as long as your over 2.5k revs its not too drony (under it can be drony and vibrates pretty much everything lol), mine pops and rumbles like mad, I took it to Santa Pod and was dreading it but as you're accelerating so quickly you avoid the drone. I keep the bungs in the car as they make a massive difference in mine and can take them in and out to keep the neighbours/boys in blue happy. Ah sweet, well I still have my bungs so I'll keep them handy once the decats go on! Looking forward to it actually, the neighbours probably aren't haha.
