  1. Thanks a lot guys sometime you do need a little scare just to remind you that you arent lewis hamilton see there is a few questions about the actually conditions. This was with traction control on! I also have mpss on the back that are scrubbed in only 2 months old. But if you push beyond the car and your capabilities then you run the risk of being in trouble!
  2. There is a Zed on here who I will not name has the same 2 tone look as the TT. I quite like though, loos better on the Zed than the TT
  3. Just thought I would share a scary experience I had last night and just to see if anyone else has had similar scares! Had the Zed nearly a year and drove it in all conditions. This was my first RWD car and found my heavy right foot was causing a few issues. I had to treat the car with a lot more respect than I had shown any car I have ever driven. Now I would say I am more than able to handle the car but still find every now and again it puts me in my place. Last night I was driving round a corner onto a dual carridge-way and was caught in 2 minds. Was thinking about heading up the carridge-way or cutting off for the motorway which is a slip road just on the inside of the corner. I decided I would go onto the motorway and put the foot down (first mistake) This was mid corner, was in 2nd gear going around 35-40 mph before I decide to plant it. Just as I was about to change the back end came away as the ground was moist and my foot was too heavy. 2nd mistake was I dropped the clutch only reason I can think why I done this was due to me thinking about changing before I lost the back. Now side ways at around 60mph on a busy road with the clutch down,,, managed to correct the steering and got the back in. 3rd mistake was I went back into 2nd just as I caught the back and lost it again corrected it again though which is why I love my car is that even when its out of control, it is controllable if that even makes sense It is a lesson I keep having to learn, dont over do it in the corners espcially in the wet Just glad I got away with it this time. Does this sound familiar?
  4. The police sent out a red alert to not go out this morning, actually dodged 2 trees and a couple of bins trying to get to work hope everyone is ok
  5. Very valid point above ^^^ On the roadster it looks pretty ugly, but if the car got spats or a new reat bumper to give it a better shape then it would look ok. Really think if you own the roadster you best be sure what spoiler you want as it is a tuff choice. I would maybe go for something a lot more subtle like the blitz or something But if you do get it I am sure you could make it work
  6. Sure the graphic engine is a huge leap forward from the last few COD games but still behind BF3 or 4 or other modern game engines, it still does some great set pieces but it really needs to be a next gen console and pc game only and not be constrained to 360/ps3 limitations, BF3 was dumbed down for the pc even tho the development started on the PC first ( or so the 'net says) all due to the older consoles limits. quite a few times in ghosts could have swore i was playing "Time crisis" from me local arcade, the way the enemy all ran in then hid behind boxes/cars etc and kept on spawning until i moved forward, not great AI at times lol Wasn't really agreeing with you there as I am a COD fan boy, but when you said Time crisis I let a laugh out 100% correct! I think the ability to lean out from walls only added to this
  7. The car looks stupid without the stubby, like a dodgem As far as resale value and modifications go, you won't get any money back on your mods. I mean the right buyer might pay the right price but if you are going to go for it then forget about resale value Great looking Zed anyways and love the plans, a decent set of rubber and you will have a big smile on your face
  8. Yes and the prize is 4 mixed budget tyres
  9. I would continue the tyre jokes but I don't want to tread on anyones toes..... Happy birthday
  10. Anyone played Extinction on COD Ghosts? I was a fan boy of zombies but this is pretty good. Very tactical and well thought out!
  11. Will be a bit odd going from a yobo car to a 370z good choice
  12. Well done mate What did you go for? Colour age pictures?

    Rear end

The chargespeed comes with the black diffser(providing you paint it black) anyways. Think RT is doing a discount just now. I foun when i was getting a rear the reason the CS is so popular ks because there isnt really anything else
  14. If you were ok with 17mpg then you will be fine, if you drive sensible then you can see an array of 20+ and you wont need to rag its tits in to get power and performance as you would with the st. Although at 300 id imagine it was a handful. As someone already said go for 07 HR engine (313 has the bonnet buldge) just watch for late registered up revs (2 slits in the bonnet)
  15. Is that not the mines though? My splitter is the RT style,,, this
  16. What about the RT style front lip? its probably the cheapest lip you can buy but I was really really impressed with it dont think the advert pictures he has doesn't do it justice
  17. If you are going to go for newest reg and are happy to pay the Tax then make sure its an HR, look for the bonnet buldge My mate has an MPS stage 2, he spends a lot more than me running that (although he has a right foot made of led) I think if you tank them they are just as bad as the 350z, same with tax Think the question is do you want a 2 seat sports car or a hot hatch
  18. that is a varied budget 6k you are looking at 04 UK possibly,,, 12K you could get a 58 plate HR. So I think its hard to tell you what to look for as your budget covers the whole 350z market
  19. Jus off the plane and train this morning and right at the entrance is a grey 370 09 plate hopefully see a few more while im down
  20. No matter what you do mate, how far away you park, there is still c**ts out there
