  1. There's some on eBay, but the stillen isn't actually that expensive
  2. Get the arch roller out
  3. See if the 9.5 came with the same dish setup as the 10.5 I'd be all over them, but I'm not keen on that set up, that's why I want varrstoens. But.... If 10.5 fitted all round I reckon that would look sweet
  4. I thought 10.5 up front might be a touch wide?
  5. Tracking info recieved, can't wait, hopefully it will arrive while I'm off work.
  6. I'd rather keep the standard system than fit one of those. Slow unresponsive menus, clumpy ugly GUI with poor icons. Low quality RCA outputs with low output voltages. Cheap cd mechs. Screen quality that makes watching dodgy eddies copied DVDs from the market seem like high definition Blu rays. Seriously, they are cheap for a reason, the GPS is useless, the tv tuners don't work and the Bluetooth is terrible. Maybe 12 years in specialist audio retail spoilt me, but after using a branded item and then using one of these you can tell the difference easily. And the fact now kenwood are offering double din screens from £180 if you buy online it's pretty hard to justify these cheaper yin yang models. And I'd say the same about Ripspeed products also
  7. Love this spoiler, defo on my to buy list
  8. It's ok, I'd a girl on Facebook yesterday complaining she had a WHOLE in her roof.. I face palmed so hard I nearly broke my nose!
  9. That's a tidy camera, I never bothered fitting my rear camera in the end because it looked like a giant wart on the bootlid lol!!! But that could be my solution!
  10. It's certainly not tainting all jdm's, Im pretty sure my s2000 had been clocked, I could never prove it, and it turned out to be the best s2000 I ever owned and still to this day anyone that's driven it said the same. I even know the import company, and the first uk owner so I know where it came from. My Evo 6 came in with 40k, and you could tell instantly it was a low mileage car, full previous history that added up correctly, all the correct paperwork etc, I was the 2nd uk owner. The whole car was like brand new inside and out..... God I miss it! Lol It's very illegal if not declared, sometimes people have genuine reasons for mileage not adding up (speedos replaced under warranty) and there is a paper trail in these cases. As said, every car can be clocked, and from what I'm seeing recently it's more luxury cars (530d, Mercedes) or popular diesel cars (Audi, vw) that seem to be falling foul of this practice. All you can do is be on the alert and look out for the tell tale signs of higher mileage. The only reason I bought uk for the 350 was because in NI our mot is a pita, the headlight washers and speedo markings just make it hassle year after year sadly, and I just couldn't be bothered with Jdm for that reason
  11. How do they alter a mileage on a 350? Quite easily, digital speedos are literally a ten second job for them. Laptop and some software and that's generally it in most cases I replaced the Jdm km only digital speedo in my s2000 with a uk one and asked the guy to increase the mileage on the speedo from 47k to 53k and he looked at me like I was insane. Lol, obviously he is used to going the other way!!! Luckily a lot of newer cars like bmw store the mileage which as far as I know can't be altered on the ecu, so a dealer can read it and tell immediately. All you can do really is be vigilant when buying to stop getting a clocked motor. Sadly locally diesel VW and the like seem to be popular for mileage adjusting, a mate bought a 5 series not long ago with 100k on it, found out a few months later it actually had 170k..... Gutted wouldn't come close
  12. I'd say a large proportion of jap import cars have their mileage altered. My s2000 was the same when I got it, the mileage certificate and the service stickers on the car didn't add up at all. And we always joke, every Jdm import has 50k on it regardless! Lol
  13. Yeah I wasn't sure about the angle it came out at. I had a kakimoto single on my s2000, the 2nd exhaust cutout isn't that obvious and generally doesn't look stupid. But the rear can needs to be angled
  14. This might sound odd but has anyone ever blocked off one half of the y split at the rear boxes and effectively made one of these exhausts a single exit?
  15. Black with black Z for me please Seems a decent enough wee earner, you should get listing on eBay, tbh that was my intention till I remembered I was too lazy Doesn't seem to be any great effort in selling them, and they all seem to go for reasonable money to make it worthwhile! And the Z on yours looks better than the ones being advertised, in fact the whole thing looks better.
  16. Absolutely love midori green civics, I was planning on repainting my s2000 midori green before I threw the head up
  17. Love this thread, it's like being back on scooby net when people **** themselves over fuel. Does no one remember the super unleaded test that was ran a few years ago and found that vpower was basically the only fuel that actually lived up to its rating, and the likes of tescos 99ron was actually lower than regular unleaded when tested. What I will say is I got 10mpg more on average by using bp ultimate in my 350z, compared to bp regular, yet my Subaru detonated like crazy on it and the only fuel it liked was sainsburys unleaded.... It made the least amount of knock and the highest power runs on sainsburys, with bp the knock sensor lit up like Santas grotto. Sadly Northern Ireland doesn't have vpower, so it's bp, sainsburys, topaz if your lucky and maybe texaco, again if your lucky. Also, what do folk in Southern Ireland do when super unleaded is rarer than a leprechauns pot? I assume their 350's must just self destruct non stop
  18. I got outbid, so I'm in for one as I'd rather give u the cashola As I'm also too lazy to be bothered to make one myself lol
  19. Ian isn't Impy7 on eBay bud Duhhhh complete brain fart moment lol!!!! And totally read that wrong
  20. I'm interested, tho I'm also currently the high bidder on your one on eBay atm.
  21. I'm planning on buying varrstoens for mine and was thinking of plasti dipping them white. It's bound to be cheaper than painting them with the option of returning them back to original status. A mate of mine just fully Matt blacked his rx8. Haven't seen it in the flesh yet though
  22. Fly in, boat home. That's what I always do if I'm going to England to buy a car. I've actually a mate just sold his s2000 to a Scottish lad, but I've no idea when he's coming, I'd best find that out because the cars locked in my garage!!! Belfast ferry terminal is literally 5-10 mins drive From the city airport too. I met the guy that bought my silvia there and then escorted him to the boat to make sure he didn't get lost, same with my Evo actually And the boat from memory was usually around £110 for a car and 2 people single, but that was Larne - cairnryan and about 2 years ago lol
  23. Looking forward to seeing it immensely. I'd say most would need to sell a kidney or 4 to fund a genuine number!!
  24. For something you can make for less than £20 though realistically, and even make a bit more exciting with a logo etc like the non nissan ones that have been for sale recently on eBay, again for quite substantial money. I just need to stop being so lazy lol!!!
  25. Officially hate you Definitely getting one of these for mine. Looks awesome. Is yours genuine or replica? I noticed a few reps don't quite have the same fitment lines of the genuine spoiler... But then the price is also somewhat different!! Lol
