  1. $117.75 postage to uk $70 for the box That's what they quoted me last week. I used to Do this kind of thing for a living for the past 12 years and even at £135 it works out with the exchange rate it's still a bargain in terms of workmanship and quality. But I still can't bring myself to order one, even though by the time I buy wood, screws, glue, sealer, carpet etc I'm probably £60-70 in materials then obviously my time. Ill probably order one if the exchange rate allows £100-120 ish. Did you get charged any duty on yours?
  2. Any ones I've seen on civics etc all tended to be cheap and actually caused more issues with grounding than solved. Aesthetically pleasing but not really necessary. Cheaper ones had some seriously dodgy battery terminals causing arcing etc
  3. Saw these in the flesh, look way better than in the photos. I like it now
  4. @rtbiscuit what sort of money is some of that stuff for the 350 on fb? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  5. I need those wheels!! That's exactly how I want my azure to sit!
  6. I'm knocking out as many homers as I can this week while I'm off, but im still a bit off Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  7. Well you would, but I think statistically it rained every day in Northern Ireland from August until the end of January last year. I had the roof down at 3am when it was -4 and -5 and snow. But it's just depressing when you get so many rainy days, in California you wouldn't even need a roof lol! The heaters are amazing an I had heated seats so the cold wasn't an issue, it was the rain. That said the s2000 I found easier to drive in the wet, I find the 350 just wants to hang the tail everywhere lol.
  8. Oh it's a dangerous day ahead of test driving! Chances are you'll enjoy both. The s2000 is hard to beat in the summer, and depressing in the winter because you always want the roof down I've my mates s2000 sitting in my garage with my 350 parked outside while he has it up for sale. His biggest mistake so far has been driving the 350 last weekend, now he's busting for one lol. Looking forward to hearing the feedback
  9. Zeditis confirmed!!! Electrics are my thing, I'd 12 years of in car entertainment and customising previously. The heater power I ran from the passenger side accessory socket below the cup holder, which I believe is a 10amp fuse in the fuse box. I have also fused the feed I took off this to the seats with a 10amp. I tried it last night with both seats on and my iPhone charging which is all I'd generally use in the car and it was 100%. From memory the aftermarket heaters I fitted to my s2000 didn't draw massive current. I'd love to get the high and low heat options wired off the switch but for now and the fact it was after midnight ill just make do with high heat constantly
  10. Sadly the girls had to be returned probably the worlds most cursed s2000, so while I loved it, it broke my heart. Apparently the 350 was staying standard, so I bought leather and spacers. Trying to source a 2nd hand pop charger and then save for some varrstoen es2's lol
  11. I like it! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  12. Totally forgot the intro, and just randomly appeared on the forums! New zed owner from Northern Ireland, previously a Honda man of many years. Usually seen on s2ki under the username olliecrx but my fat fingers and iPhone meant I registered as ollierx here. Lol Sold my Honda s2000 and took the plunge with the 2005 azure blue. 13. I just sold my 3rd s2000, a seafoam green one I built last year. It was the spec I'd wanted for nearly 2 years..... And I changed to a zed after less than 8months. It's a tough call, I'm a Honda man, I love vtec and I've hated all previous nissans I've owned, but I love the 350. Cost wise I don't notice a vast difference in running the zed compared to the s2000 Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  14. So the seats are in wired and working and cleaned up a treat And my trusty mate bob arrived with some dapper switches with logos and LEDs on them, so now the heated elements work too Not a bad days tinkering!!!
  15. Thanks for the comments guys. I have never driven a standard one, it's still pretty comfortable, not too harsh. Collected the seats today, so ill try and fit them tonight
  16. I did... I always wanted a seafoam green s200, so I did it.... And I swear that car was cursed, never again will I colour change a car. From silver to seafoam, full colour change, coil overs, wheels, new roof and a full retrim in 7 days. Everything bar the retrim done by myself and 4 mates. next time... If there is one, I'm paying the big money and having none of the hassle!!!!
  17. I noticed this the other day when I was getting tyres fitted, no idea what it is, I know I'm going to have the same problem however
  18. I wish the 9.5 had the dish like the 10.5 that would look insane on all four corners Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
  19. Figured I'd stick a few photos up since I've had the car nearly 3 months! It's 2005, Azure Blue and came with the Rays 18's and brembo upgrade, and lowered on eibach springs. Absolutely love it, and surprisingly more economical than my last S2000 So for a car I swore blind I wasn't modifying I lasted long enough and the itch began this week. So currently winging their way to me are a set of KEI Racing hub centric spacers. And I splashed out on some electric heated leather seats which will keep me busy at the weekend retrofitting and getting the seat heaters working etc, then off to my friend Baron who retrimmed my S2000 for some smart repairing to freshen them up And my mate bob took pity on my unsuccessful search for a double din unit so has donated me his awesome Alpine W505 unit while he's doing other work on his S2000 Theres a set of JL Audio XR components to also go in, Alpine V12 5 Channel amp and a 10 or 12" JL sub once I do some measurements and get building a box So that's it for now, so I'm definitely not modifying it.... Lol
  20. Good prices, ill be in for a set of ES2 but unfortunately just not right now Ill be in touch and be sure to give plenty of notice when the time comes. Why they only offer them in matte black and polished is beyond me!!! I want white!
  21. Lol it would appear I just did! That'll keep me busy for the rest of the week, really should fit and wire all my audio while I'm at it since its lying in the garage
  22. Yeah I've already been on with a mate who retrims and he's priced them up for the repair etc.
  23. I think it would look more aggressive without the stickers, and agree it makes the rims look smaller. But the overall look is good
  24. Just reading this, my zed keeps throwing an airbag light, I reset it, it's sweet for a few days then on again, I know the issue is with the under seat plugs. If I squeeze them all then reset its sweet until someone moves the seat then back on. Might just disconnect them and fire in some resistors until I change seats because it's seriously annoying, I had to reset if 4 times yesterday!!!!!!!
